DO NOT USE!!! The inspector from the company went to look over the house I was interested to buy. He told me everything was good to go. Said my roof can last another extra 7-10 years. LIES. A month later after buying the property, everything went bad. The roof is in really bad shape it needs a whole new roof. My house is leaking now! They're ignoring the calls. The owner just brushed it off. Don't waste your money to unprofessional individuals. I then talk to several inspection companies and they told me they're bad rep and have fooled many people. A Great company that has been around for 19 years. I was first expose to this company in 2018 when a buyer had used them to complete a inspection on my sellers home. I was impressed by their attention to detail, customer service and the fact that they had inspectors to do home inspections in LA County and would turnaround to complete another inspection in the High Desert all in the same day. I've been using this company since late 2018. They're so amazing that they've completed inspections on Sunday 3 different times for me since that was the only day my clients was available. They should change their name to "inaccurate inspections"! My agent recommended them. The inspector didn't check valves, gas, AC, roof and missed huge cracks on the side of the house that so far I had to pay over $6000( just the first week that I moved in). I was told that they check roof with drones! The inspector came with his family waiting for him in his truck and did his whole inspection in less than 1 hour. He gave me details about scratches that he found on one of the doors but missed major problems!

Terrible inspection report. Guy did the bare minimum and was out in an hour. Did not check things like electric outlets, water pressure, and did not include visible damage of walls in report. When I asked if he could check out the AC unit, he said he didn't have a ladder to get out to it.

Gary of AI was a prince for our home inspection. He walked around pretty casually I thought, but then I saw the report. Super detailed, super correct, super insight, and super work product. My realtor recommended Accurate Inspections and she was amazing throughout the entire buying process, so I didn't even question her and called to set up an appointment. I reached Eileen when I called, who was very nice and willing to help in anyway she could to make the scheduling as easy as possible. I needed to schedule the termite inspection as well, and she asked for the number and did a conference call with the company so they could both be there at the same time, which was a huge help.
