We focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings. Offering a variety of services among which are Group Yoga Classes, Monthly Workshops, Private Yoga & Well-being Coaching Sessions for Individuals, Small Groups & Corporate Settings.

Yoga & Well-being Coaching Sessions help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds. I am a Board-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist who has been working with Cardiac patients for 25+ years. Working in an environment with high risk patients deepened my understanding of how important it is to be healthy and well in an ever changing and fast-paced world.
Services
The practice with Yoga Nidra which offers an opportunity to induce sleep organically and it is a total body relaxation session. It is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. It is practiced through a guided meditation while the student lies down and closes the eyes. It is believed to relieve tension and stress.
A gentle flow practice, concentrating on the flexibility of the spine in 6 directions and the hips in the 4 directions. Building strength and balance one pose at a time. Check out my new podcast. Madhavi is a skillful and gifted yoga instructor and health coach. I have been taking a combination of her Wednesday Kundalini evening class and private lessons for the past few months. I have noticed a major increase to my flexibility, feel more grounded, am sleeping better, and managing my stress better thanks to the tools she has offered me. Not only is her voice soothing and patient, but she is keen at offering adaptive options so each pose is accessible to all skill levels. I was introduced to Prana Yoga by a friend in September which has turned out to be an idyllic studio to attend. The environment is very inviting with smaller size classes, come as you are (no mats or other paraphernalia to lug along) as mats, towels, bolsters, etc. are pre set up for each student attending, not to mention Madhavi’s sincere and charming personality. Her magnetic voice guides you effortlessly through each movement. If you are unable to attend in person you have the opportunity to zoom from any location for her live classes. I especially enjoy her once a month complimentary Yoga

Watching Madhavi's yoga practice evolve in the time that I've gotten to know her has been a privilidge in and of itself: from the studio itself, to the things I've learned (everything from breathing to chakras to meditative practices)...I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you're searching for someone to teach a holistic yoga practice for mind, body, and spirit. My Kids got benefitted so much from this Yoga practice. I cannot thank you enough Madhavi. We believe that GOD helped us through your teaching. When we walked into your studio on the day one, we experienced welcoming and peaceful environment to practice in. Madhavi's approach is to give each student the fundamentals of a yoga practice, and then offer them advance techniques as their balance, strength and form improve.
In addition to Yoga, my kids also learned how to balance their lives, how to use breathing techniques when stressed out. Prana Health has a very special place in our life and forever

Madhavi is great! If you have any hesitancy about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private session. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend it if you're starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Madhavi has the experience to help with wherever you are in your practice.
Perfect for beginners who want to learn about the yoga practice & may be too shy to go to an actual class.

Madhavi is awesome! I absolutely love her style of teaching, her voice is soothing and she gives plenty of different options for poses. Also, her instructions are clear & concise. In all the times I’ve taken yoga, no one has EVER said how to properly do downward dog, with proper hand & foot placement etc. She’s an excellent instructor and I’d recommend her to anyone!

The first thing that you see when you enter Madhavi Rao's yoga class the atmosphere of utter calm. That feeling carries over from when you first walk in all the way through your practice, and, eventually, when you reluctantly leave the patio doors. Nestled in the quiet suburbs, this calm is, yes, cultivated by Madhavi, but ultimately, the serenity is woven in and between the foundations of the studio.
But that's not to discredit the teachings of Madhavi in the slightest. As much as the serenity contributes to the experience and environment, Madhavi's mastery of the art (and science) of yoga does
