If you have been doing yoga and are looking to deepen your practice, our Yoga Journey Program offers courses throughout the year in a variety of areas such as: Health Benefits of Yoga, Meditation, and Understanding the Yoga Sutras to name a few. Courses are hands on as well as lecture format. You may accomplish a Journey as an Intensive Dedication to Practice or as an Ongoing Commitment.
Yoga Therapy is used as a complement to other treatment modalities and has great success in treating a large variety of ailments and injuries. Typically, you will receive an initial consultation and be provided a personalized treatment plan. 2-3 sessions to a longer term arrangement lasting 4-8 months.
Yoga Therapy is the field of using yogic techniques and methodologies to aid healing. It has been used with great success to help people with physiological injuries or ailments well as stress, trauma and other mental health issues. It is also very effective in helping with pain management.
