Excellent apartment community to live in, and a great combination of quality and affordability. I was a resident for 8 years, until I had to move to a different city.
The staff is excellent, both managers and maintenance staff. Property Manager Yari and Assistant manager Ana are both professional and helpful. The maintenance staff is also professional and responsive to maintenance requests.
Overall it is an best option to live in the area and would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking.

I left a 5 star because this management truly deserve that. Every member of their staff is respectful, kind, and fair to me and everyone that I see them interact with. Yari shows pure professionalism every single time we interact. Her mood is always fulfilling and I appreciate her patience and understanding. East Village Apartments is an excellent place to call home and I have had the pleasure to live here coming up on 4 years this coming May. The maintenance staff is very thorough with tending to maintenance requests with care and support. This shows in how well the grounds and common areas are kept.
The property manager Yardi and the assistant manager Ana are very friendly and courteous which add to the positive experience here. I appreciate their support and highly recommend this community as the next place to call your home.

What an incredible group of people! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here. Yari, the property manager is very informative and makes her self ready and available for your needs. The maintenance staff is kind and when they come in to work in the apartment they are quick and efficient. I have lived here for the better part of a year and I couldn’t be happier. Yes, it is hard to get in to & yes they do their due diligence when accepting new tenets but you can tell why. The apartments are perfectly kept and the neighbors are great. Over all, everyone is friendly and I am so glad

No one answers phones,when you go there it's always no availability!!! Anyone that actually lives there please share how you got in, because I truly don't believe anyone lives there. How when they don't pick up the phone? Or keep saying nothing available? They don't even return calls or emails. good reviews have to be the staff or family of.

I have stopped by on several occasions with in the past year. The staff states to stop by the office every month to see if there will be a vacany coming up for the month after. They have a permanent No vacancy sign up, they are not clear as to when they will have any nor do they have a waiting list. These people who work in this office has the best job they are not helpful, don't answer any phone calls and are rarely there if anyone stops by for information. Is there any way to report them?

East Village Apartments is a clean, quiet community. I've visited here on two separate occasions and I still have the same opinion. The staff is exceptional and will go above and beyond to explain the whole process of what it takes to become a resident their. They have OK priced rent but not if you have very low income like myself. I believe that their 2 bedroom rents at about $958.00 give or take a little. I do believe that its well worth it if you can afford it. P.S you have to make either two or three times more than what the actual rent is. Hope this helps!
