The staff at Farmers Korner Veterinary Hospital is carefully crafted, well-educated group of caring individuals working together to provide the ultimate quality of care for both the patient and client. Check out our staff biographies and qualifications! Dr. Court spent most of her life on the East coast before moving to Summit County, Colorado with her husband in 2001.
Farmers Korner Veterinary Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital and wellness center. We welcome companion animals of all shapes and sizes from a 3 oz hamster to a 180 lb Great Dane. Dentistry including prophylaxis, home care, dental xray, exodontics, and periodontal therapy. Integration of traditional and alternative medicine, both in-house and referred, when desired.
Pam was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, but after visiting Colorado as a teenager, she knew this was the place she wanted to live. Originally a teacher by profession, her work with children led her to a job at Keystone Resort. She worked at the daycare there for many years. That job grew into running the front desk at the daycare.
Hillary is from the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania and came to Summit County to train with the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club for snowboard racing. As a former English teacher for 18 years, her love of animals brought her to a second career as an animal leader at Petco and receptionist/vet tech assistant.

Highly recommend Farmers Korner Vet hospital. Dr. Court and the ENTIRE staff are knowledgeable/caring/professional individuals (from the vet techs to the front desk staff). They have been our vet for over 7 years and always take into consideration our needs (whether it's trying to keep costs down OR trying to get "peace of mind" about lumps or issues).
If you want a long-term PARTNER IN CARE (just like you want in a "human doctor") then you should consider them because a) Pam at the front desk has so much experience and knowledge she can sometimes answer your quickee questions and help you avoid

I can’t say enough good things about Farmers Korner Vet, the team, service and care. Denisa and the entire team have been my go-to vet for years for my golden retriever and I fully trust them. We’ve worked through several challenges, routine check-ups, stitches, chronic issues, and most recently; a tough cancer diagnosis for the pup. They’ve always been responsive and even supported me when I’m traveling and out of state. I highly recommend and can vouch for them as a trusted vet and team!

So grateful to have found this place, for the kind staff and their emergency visits. My sweet pup shockingly got a three prong fishing hook stuck in his bum on a visit to the lake in Frisco. Even though Kelty was super calm throughout the whole situation, the staff really added ease to the situation. You'll find the staff wee to be incredibly kind, very communicative about what needs to be done and they’ll help name a stressful and unpleasant situation a more bearable one. You can tell these folks truly love what they do, as they take exceptional care of your doggo and you, the owner. Thanks

We had an emergency with our dog on a Saturday evening. Dr. Court was on call and we brought our dog to her. Her professionalism, compassion, kindness and frankness in reviewing all options was invaluable to us and our dog. Her knowledge was outstanding as well. We cannot recommend her highly enough. A wonderful, competent, compassionate individual.
