Both the food and the service provided by First Class Catering was excellent. You could tell that the staff takes pride in their work, and they were constantly circulating and checking to make sure that all the guests were satisfied and well taken care of. They showed up exactly on time for all appointments, and coordinated with other vendors (table and chair rental, etc.) to ensure that everything would be in place when needed. I strongly recommend First Class Catering for any catering needs.

We had the pleasure of using First Class Catering for a dinner the day after our wedding ceremony. Everything we got was prepared to perfection, the entire process was seamless, and communication was excellent. All our guests thought it was the best food they had at wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the way it all turned out. Highly recommend! Can't say enough good things about Michael and First-Class Catering. They know what they are doing and are extremely professional. A succesful event is truly important to them so they will go out of their way to make that happen even if it means coordinating with other vendors to make sure things are taken care of even outside of catering. Good people, and GREAT food. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael and his team! We got married in Palm Springs at an estate and Michael's team did everything. He was always available to connect and talk through any questions or stress which was so appreciated.
Our original event company went out of business a few months before our wedding so First Class Catering was a life saver - our friends still talk about how amazing the food was! I would have no hesitations recommending him and his team to anyone looking in the area for their wedding or event.

Great catering experience! I needed a dinner for 15 with 4 days notice, Michael was very pleasant and accommodating. We choose a drop-off buffet service. First Class Catering did a phenomenal job for our wedding. Michael and his team were exceptionally professional and responsive in the lead-up to the event. We had a small event and were very particular about restrictions due to COVID-19. Michael and his team dropped off the food in the garage, adhered to good masking when we briefly met, and then gave us directions on how to keep the food perfectly warmed for the rest of the night. I hosted an intimate bridal shower for my sister with a brunch theme, and First Class Catering was the first to respond to my request. They offered a great menu with brunch items. First Class Catering Service exceeded our expectations for my son's wedding at the Lazy C Ranch, a working dude ranch, north of Palm Springs. Thank you Michael Alcantar for the delicious Mexican food, timely delivery and set-up and the great communication regarding our order. We loved everything and we had more than enough for our 70 guests. I don't know what I liked best, probably the chicken fajitas and guacamole. Michael runs a first class operation just like his name says. He is wonderful with responding to emails questions and following up with concerns. His staff was very nice and helpful during our rehearsal dinner especially the bartender her hired. Food was tasty and all our wedding party enjoyed the Italian options.

Michael Alcantar & his son did an outstanding job with every food tray I ordered: Carnitas, Steak Fajitas, Beef & Chicken Enchiladas, beans & rice; all were delicious! Plus all the fixings were perfect. The presentation of food was so on point. All my guest were surprised how delicious the food was...they loved it. Michael is a professional. Michael provided excellent service and we had nothing but compliments about the food and service. I missed out on the appetizers because of pictures but my sister says she went back 3 times and there was plenty for everyone. The buffet looked wonderful and the food was delicious and even the kids Mac n cheese was delicious. I had people tell me they hate quinoa who raved about his quinoa salad! Michael was the only caterer I felt really, truly cared about how we were going to properly execute this hefty dinner at the Palm Springs Air Museum. What won me over, was how detail oriented he was. It really is true- the devil is in the details. If I had a caterer who cared about them as much as I did, then I knew I had a great partner to tackle this event with me.
