Freedom Fitness stands out as a service-focused hybrid training gym. Our facility seamlessly blends alternative training with a traditional gym - the best of both worlds! Here you will find indoor field turf, kettlebells, punching bags, and Olympic lifting; as well as cardio equipment, dumbbells, and cable machines.
We have worked with thousands of athletes from around Puget Sound, giving them excellent results and that important competitive edge over their peers. We guarantee that training at Freedom Fitness will give you better speed, agility, balance, strength, and coordination. Also, improving muscle strength and coordination will help keep you injury-free all season.
Designed for the individual who is new to the gym setting or has been away from it for some time. This program will get you comfortable with the fundamentals and slowly help progress your stabilization and core strength. This intermediate level program will help you push your aerobic conditioning as well as your overall full-body strength.
Transform your body through healthy eating! This a comprehensive 4 week program. Each week is a new video seminar, along with printed information for you to follow along with. This isn't just a "diet"; this is a healthy-eating program that you can follow for the rest of your life. As a side bonus, you'll trim down and lose some pounds!
What are your fitness goals? At Freedom Fitness, all memberships include training. The proprietary training system (what we call our "Guided Workout Sheets") developed by Drew DeVry is helping people achieve those goals. Our guided workouts with trainers provide members the ability to get the guidance & help of a trainer, but at a lower cost of traditional one-on-one personal training.

Overall a good gym with good equipment and services! Docked a star because I've overheard some inappropriate conversations from owner + staff regarding COVID-19 guidelines or using offensive terms such as "r****ded" that I do not appreciate. Some general feedback: please make sure conversations are appropriate around clients. And please make sure you're taking this pandemic seriously.

I've never liked gym workouts (a runner through and through) but when I got injured and couldn't run anymore this place helped pump me up to get back into fitness. Workouts are always different and focus on either cardio, toning, or bulk, depending on the day. The trainers are all awesome too and everyone who works out there makes you feel part of a family :)

I joined Freedom Fitness a couple of months ago, and I'm so happy I did! They have so much flexibility, and variety of membership options, that I can customize my workout based on how I'm feeling on any particular day. I can take a boot camp class if I want someone to push me to achieve more. On days when I want to go at my own pace I can either work out on my own, or use a guided workout "Sheet". Trainers will choose a sheet for me, or I can ask for a particular kind of workout.
The gym is not at all intimidating. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

This is an incredibly friendly and supportive space that encouraged me to get back into fitness from my neck pain hiatus. The owner and trainers are welcoming and know everyone by name! They have all different kinds of equipment (and a turf!) that a gym buff can appreciate. I genuinely felt stronger after my last boot camp class (3 weeks) with Rudy and noticed the progress my body made! I've been to gyms all over the country but this one is special!

Let me start by saying that I am not NOT. NOT. A GYM KIND OF PERSON. A have NEVER worked out a day in my life...( my only physical workouts were birthing 2 kids) . i have a bad back sore everything both knees are creaking ect..Dr.'s notes use the term obese...You get the point..i am 50 years old..im out of shape..round is a shape...right? getting out of bed is exhausting .getting in and out of a car and im tired. Cant walk a mall down n back without stopping...anyways...i yelped this place based on their we want to help you and can attitude..so i made an appointment thru the owner Drew..

Highly recommed this gym..they really care about your health and weight goals...the owner is super nice and his trainers are awesome..its not like other gyms..no flirting or snickering...very caring and down to earth..the dont just want sales..they are not pushy...they currently have a killer groupon deal..your choice of classes...always greeted with a smile and looking very professional to the environment. . I HAVE NEVER EVER EXERCISED BEFORE..I AM 50 AND OVERWEIGHT..they encourage me and guarantee results...also train at the athlete level for many different sports..football to volleyball..ect
