McDonald DDS has been proudly serving Plano, TX and the surrounding communities for over 30 years.
Lynn is our registered dental hygienist. She received her bachelor of science in dental hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1996. She has been with our practice ever since. She has pride in making her patients healthier with clinical hygiene and education. Lynn is committed to giving her patients the highest quality care, with a gentle touch.

Dehydration is a condition that happens when you use or lose more fluid than your body can replenish. This is a problem because your body doesn't have enough water to perform normal functions. Dehydration also occurs in hot weather. If you exercise or do not drink enough water in hotter climates, your body will get dehydrated.
Dr McDonald and his staff are very friendly and very professional. I was referred to him by my former dentist of 35 years after he retired. He goes to Dr McDonald, too. If you are looking for a dentist in the Plano or southern Collin County area, I highly recommend Dr. McDonald. Simply the best dentist in Plano and has the friendliest staff in the business.

The personnel's bed side manner is awesome! Everyone on staff is kind and nice! They are personable and make you feel welcomed. Dr. McDonald and his staff make me feel at ease and non anxious when I get my teeth cleaned. I've only been going to this office for a few months and I'm already happy that I made the change.

I must say I am thoroughly impressed by this office and staff! I brought my daughter here for some work to be done and could jot be more pleased with the whole experience. Dr. McDonald is very professional, yet very down to earth! So glad I trusted this office with my Babygirl! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Dr. McDonald is the best!! He completed my veneers a few years back and my teeth look beautiful. I used to be embarrassed by my smile, but now I love my smile! Also, his numbing shots have never felt so painless, and I hate shots. He and his staff are all very friendly, personal, and professional. I live out of state and always make my way back here because there is no one better.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but these wonderful people have made me look forward to it in a sense. It's not just Dr McDonald, but his whole team that makes it feel like you're going to visit family. I'm still not a fan of getting my teeth worked on, but they do a great job at trying to make you as comfortable as possible, and really do listen to you. It's relaxed but still professional in the best ways possible. I didn't think I would ever appreciate a dentists office as much as I do this one.

Dr. McDonald and his staff are friendly, compassionate and highly skilled. From the time I walked in the door until I left, Lisa, Kristi, Jennie and Dr. McDonald made me feel so comfortable and were so attentive the entire visit. From someone who can at times be apprehensive about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. McDonald because he and his staff are the best!!! Talk about a toothache...
Jenny was unable to show compassion and understanding in working through an issue that was caused by their computer systems. And she was extremely rude and impatient, confrontational and short.
Was 10 min late for my appointment this morning because I was trying to complete their new patient information on their website. Unfortunately it repeatedly gave an error code. I kept trying and trying, but same error. Tried my phone. Booted up the computer, same thing. Tried the iPad, same thing.
Then because their issue made me 10 minutes late she said I'd have to reschedule

Best dental office in town! Friendly, professional and thorough staff. Dr. McDonald is very knowledgeable and tailors his treatment plan to meet his patient's objectives.
