We booked a load with this company February 12th and it is now April 12th (60 Days Later) and we have yet to be paid ANYTHING for our services. We’ve contacted them repeatedly about getting paid and they keep giving us the run around. They say 30-45 days to pay which is still ridiculous, but now it’s going over 60 Days and still not paid. I can only imagine getting paid for detention when we can’t even get paid for the load we ran. Wish I would have ran there credit score before booking because my factoring company has them rated as an (F) and won’t factor their loads and I see why. THEY

Sent our truck after a load and told us that another truck had picked it up after we went 85 miles to get it. Booked with Lindsey Wolf. He's been telling me for 2 weeks that he's going to send the TONU when he gets back from lunch and of course he never sends or responds.

Very unprofessional brokerage. Not dealing with problems at all. Did a load for them. Driver got stuck at the shipper, we notified them right away about the issue. No actions were taken. Then because of that delay driver was running late for morning delivery appt. He arrived there hours later and receiver did not unload him until next day. And we got only $150 layover for all these delays. The only person with whom we could speak in professional manner was the manager Lindsey.

DO NOT WORK WITH RED LIGHTNING.
They do not pay their detention or layover. I dealt with the manager Lindsey whom promised pay $200 for a truck that had to sit for close to 40 HOURS in order to get unloaded. They also did not pay detention for pick up. Lindsey completely ignored all phone calls, all text, and all emails. Even when calling fellow employees, they would state they could not help out at all and that Lindsey was the manager. This is just a testament to Red Lightning for putting someone who has ZERO respect for the truckers and their pay, in a management position. Complete nightmare
