I just moved out from that complex and they charged me 270$ for a crack in the door handle of the fridge. Something any person can tell it is wear and tear.
When we moved in we paid 250$ which seems to be non refundable nor transferable money. The entire policy is a rip-off.
I am giving two stars for the nice neighbors we had and the friendly guys who used to come to check when something need mainatainace but management wise….you know it.
I already communicated with you and we ended up paying the money. Please do not act as if we didn’t communicate this!

While my family and I have only lived here for a few days now it was the best discussion I could of made. The office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The grounds are kept well maintained and the community is very quiet and family oriented. The apartments are very spacious and have a wonderful open feel to them.

I moved here in January from phoenixville...I was a little skeptical at first. however, I can honestly say I really love it here. The grounds are very well kept, it's quiet, and it's set off the main road which I love. I saw a post that said it was "run down, and dumpy", which is completely false, unless this person lived on the Fiji 🇫🇯 Islands in a penthouse, which I highly doubt.
The price is really good for a two bedroom, especially considering it's technically a Jeffersonville address. The only thing it's missing is a gym. I mean I probably wouldn't use it anyway. So, yeah. It's a great

I lived here in 2015-2016 and had an amazing experience. My unit was big, modern, beautiful and had many new updates. My balcony was huge and it overlooked a well-maintained and quiet landscape. The neighborhood was quiet and I always felt safe even living alone. My experience with management and leasing was very positive and they were always responsive and professional.

I had nothing but an extremely positive experience with the leasing personnel and move in process. The apartment itself is fantastic with a very clean, well maintained, and many new adds they did before I moved in. I highly recommend this complex if you someone who has a sense of ownership and takes responsibility to keep your home safe, clean, and well maintained.
