Let me tell you! If you had any common sense you would stay far away as you can from this place. After many repairs at astronomical prices and a fraud system that even a NASA scientist couldn't figure out. I took my Audi S5 in for various repairs and the service advisor would always tell me it was something and then call back later it says something else. To think that I was going to save money by not going to the dealer which they bash your head over and over again with that theory. I must tell you that these individuals are a complete fraud!!!!!! Every nasty thing you have ever heard about car mechanic shops is true as it pertains to Prestige. Their business model is simple; take advantage of people in need and see how much money they can swindle from them. The other reviewers are so spot on. Prestige clearly doesn't care about people. My wife and I took our cars here because we thought we would get reliable service based on some older reviews but it turns out they're just hoping to fleece you for every dollar they can.

I think my review will mimic most of what I'm reading here. I wished I had seen these reviews prior to taking my car to this place. I am not one to make Yelp reviews, but I feel deeply taken advantage of. I don't have much money and I have been trying to get my car working since my check engine light came on and I had some issues I couldn't afford to fix at the place I trusted. They were supposedly more expensive. I called Prestige to get a quote hoping to save money. They towed my car, got me to use their loan service, gave me the wrong interest rate- which I had to verify myself

I have spent over $6000 with these people with to fix a problem that is still ongoing every time I turn around it's another problem that cost me thousands of dollars they've done numerous jobs on my car that Im very dissatisfied with they claim that they replace parts they have not been replace They told me to do this and do that in my car will stop doing this and doing that but it is still going on I called to speak with the representative that handles the situation every time I have a problem with my car and the representative is never available to speak to me when there is a problem

Christian (or Kristian - not sure how you spell his name) is the NASTIEST rep of any company I have ever interacted with. He literally hung up on me after I said I wanted to speak with the previous service rep. Really awful. Held me up for FIFTEEN MINUTES to just share a number the other rep told me Christian/Kristian had in front of him.
Too bad it sours my impression of them which used to be more positive.
UPDATE: He then lied to me and told me that the other service rep cannot be my advisor... and it turns out he can. Lying, hanging up the phone on customers, arguing with them on the phone

Prestige's service was laughable as well as dishonest. After servicing my car there once before with what I believed to be quality service I decided to go back to fix interior damage. My boyfriend had placed Continental tires on my rear seats causing the ink to stain the leather. Upon verbally agreeing to their estimate on 03/25/21 Arnaldo, a sales associate, informed me the day after that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The absolute most unprofessional, borderline criminal car shops i've ever been to. They returned my car late and in worse condition than when I brought it in and they have the nerve to charge me full rate. MY CAR ENDED UP EVEN MORE DAMAGED AND NONOPERATIONAL THAN IT ALREADY WAS AND THEY STOLE $1500 FROM ME FOR IT.

I can't say about their technical skills because they left my car four days sitting in a parking lot under the weather. My appointment was for Friday March 5th at 8 am, which I duly met. They were supposed to have it diagnosed on Monday. Well today is Tuesday 1 pm and the was was still in the same spot as I left it. The service was good, and that they are open on Saturdays helps. Prices are ok. I have my BWM serviced there some time ago. The oil change took hours on a Saturday, I understand they are busy. I had to take the car back the next weekend for an engine light, that was something else. It was changed same day, price was again decent.

The customers in and try to cheat customers with the prices once the work has been complete on the car. They charged $7300 for the work done on my 2015 Audi A6 and the car is broken 5 months later.
Story:
The steering rack in our 2015 Audi A6 had to be replaced at 66000 miles. I called around few shops in the area to get quotes. Looking at the good reviews we towed our car to this place. The initial estimate provided was around $2500, later they said it'll be slightly higher around $3k to which we agreed. After a day, they performed a diagnosis and said few other stuff has to be replaced

This will be the last time I ever bring business to this auto repair shop. Totally over priced. I went in to get my tire pressure checked and came out with a bill of $120 without any repairs. Very dissatisfied and disappointed customer, I could have stopped at Firestone,

These guys are crazy, highly highly overpriced and not realistic at all. i asked for them to take care of one issue and of course they throw the kitchen sink up to $4000 in repairs... a simple diagnostic cost $120. i just got the diagnostic and it didnt tell me what i already knew. sorry guys but u have to do better than that. very disappointed. wont recommend you guys to anyone i know

I have taken my bmw 2 times to this shop the employees are nice but dont know how to do their job first time took it for to change spark plug and they forgot to plug in a wire connection my bmw started giving me errors i had to fix it myself 2nd time i asked them to order some cosmetic parts made an appointment to go install it i got there and nobody orderes parts. I do not recommend this shop nice people but cant fix anything.

My husband took his Porsche there for service ... I was not in agreement with him taking it there. I did not like the location and the lack of space. the car came back with several scratches and a thumb print that does not come off... I believe it was touched with brake fluid. If you are working on a high end vehicle such as this one, the personnel needs to treat them as their own, any car for that matter. They try to tell my husband that the scratch was already there... NOPE! He knows every scratch on that car, trust me. finally they
