After more than 10 years of practicing medicine we have learned that by providing primary care at home, in our office and virtually using telemedicine, we improve access to health care. Far too often have we admitted and taken care of people that could have been managed with good primary care. This helps bring you the best care our community can offer.
Truth is, we all have to work together and many times the ER is not the place to go all the time. We will work with your home health, hospice, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other ancillary staff to assure we provide the best care. Services
House calls and Weekend Visits (extra fees apply & offered within a 5 mile radius of our clinic). We strongly advise you to participate in our Medicare LiveActive Chronic Care Management (CCM) Program, which is COVERED by Medicare. Transition of Care management: We will contact you within 2 business days following a specialist visit or hospital discharge.
We are excited you are ready to join our practice! PLEASE NOTE: A Credit or Debit Card is required to complete enrollment. By completing the enrollment, you are agreeing to our "terms of service" which you will review before completing the enrollment form. ALL MEDICARE members will have NO monthly fees and the credit card information is only for our records in case we have to provide services that are not covered by Medicare.

This is the sort of healthcare that everyone wishes they had, and everybody deserves. I can reach my doctor whenever I have an issue, and everyone in the office takes time to get to know you as a patient, and better understand your situation. My last visit I spent almost an hour talking with my actual doctor, not a nurse or PA, and never once felt like they were rushing to get to the next patient. Even if you have insurance, it's well worth the small fee to get such great care.

I used Sesame to book an appointment. It was suppose to be a video appointment and they they made it a phone call. My visit was for Blood Pressure Meds refill. The PA told me I needed to pay for a blood test (through them) before they would call the script in. I paid the 14 (in addition to the fee with sesame) and they NEVER CALLED IT IN. I've called back and nothing. I would not trust what they say as they do not follow through with what they say they are going to do.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ahmed's for a little over 2 years. I made the switch after hearing an interesting NPR segment on Direct Primary Care. At my current PCP at the time I'd have to wait 2+ months for an appointment and more often than not it ended up not even having the appointment with my Dr. which was disappointing to say the least. On my initial appointment with Dr. Ahmed he took the better part of an hour to explain the differences of what Direct Primary Care offers and with his willingness to listen and address all of my questions and concerns, I signed up that day and have never regretted

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed's for over 5 years and he is the best doctor I've had in 45 years. He has helped me through some serious health issues over the last 5 years including heart failure. I'm not sure I would be as healthy as I am today without his diligent care. He quickly responds to my text messages, phone calls and emails. When meeting with him in person he never rushes our appointments and always takes the time needed to address all of my health issues or concerns.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ahmed and the services he offers. I love it that I am greeted by a nurse when I arrive and I don't have to sit in a waiting room for an hour waiting for my doctor to be ready to see me. If I have a question I can just text or email him and he will get back to me. Where else can you text and email with your doctor?!?!? This is a great primary care office and I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed and his team to everyone!!
