Our practice focuses on the prevention, detection, and treatment of common medical problems. Well-child checkups, routine physicals, well-woman exams, and most routine immunizations are available. Do you want to have online access to your lab results and follow them over time? Use our convenient patient portal to access your lab results! You also have access to your immunization and health records. The portal allows you to send non-urgent emails to your care team and has a convenient smart phone app.
What do you do when you're sick, but your regular doctor's office is closed? Or if you're not sick enough for the emergency room, but you can't wait for an appointment either? The answer is Urgent Care. Urgent Care clinics fill the medical gap between minor medical issues that can be put off until an appointment is scheduled and real medical emergencies when a trip to the emergency room is called for.

I guess. I wasn’t let into the appointment because they don’t have the ability to look up people on the internet through BCBS. I have worked in many offices. It’s very easy to verify benefits. But if your not feeling well and already nervous about it then the Eye rolling reception gals will have you crying in your car when you leave. Rude front desk staff is why I don’t go to the list of the laces with bad customer service, guest service, patient care or even a friendly check in process. Whew. Must be hard to find these days.

I go to a different office from this group and i love it but my dr left, so I was considering changing to this office. i called and wasn’t able to even get an appointment: front desk staff was rude and before listening to the whole reason for calling, she dismissed me and told Me to go to urgent care.

Terrible experience - all around. Prescriptions and billing messed up by the doctor who doesn't know how to code, nurse was argumentative and dismissive when I asked about a treatment for a skin condition that I read about on a reputable, non-profit medical website. Front desk staff are rude. No online bill pay. Phone system is a nightmare. After all of the trouble, I decided to move back to my previous provider (moved due to the distance of their office from home) and submitted ROIs for me and my daughter's med records weeks in advance. I have had an amazing experience at Sunflower Medical Group. 🌻 If you are wanting to become a new patient at this location. There is a one month wait to schedule your first appointment. So, plan on scheduling your appt sooner than later. Other than that the place is inviting and very professional.

I needee a new primary care physician and found Dr. Bruce through my insurance carrier's website. She came highly recommended and the office is close to my home. Dr. Bruce exceeded my expectations, she listened to my concerns and explained everything in detail. Her nurse and the rest of the office staff I interacted with were also great. I'm very happy with my new doctor and office. I also had to go back for labs and the scheduling was easy and the labs were done quickly.

We love Sunflower Medical! Dr.O’Laughlin and Dr.Bruce are awesome! It’s not like going to a stuffy old doctor’s office, it’s like going to see a friend. They are very personable and take the time to listen. So glad that a friend of mine recommended this place to me when I was looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Bruce is the best doctor I've ever had! She's extremely knowledgeable, actually listens to what you have to say, and she provides suggestions/solutions without forcing the information down your throat. I would recommend her to everyone from young adults to those in their golden years and beyond. Support staff is friendly, wait times are reasonable, and they're quick to respond when you have questions. I think the patient portal is user friendly and great when you need to access your medical records or communicate with the office. If you're looking for a new doctor I can almost guarantee you
