White River Credit Union

This credit union is the worst banking establishment on the face of this planet. A family member passed away, without any legal documentation they locked all of the banking accounts( because they said they have to follow the law) to this day they still haven't received a cert death certificate. It took months of a legal fight with their legal dept just to get payoff amounts to two loans. To PAY them their money. This hassle with WRCU is a sick and complete joke of a professional banking establishment. They have NO respect for the families or the death of their deceased member.

This is an amazing credit union with some of the best staff you could ask for. The online banking tool is amazing, and there's also 24/7 online loan approval. Highly recommend.

30 dollars for a one time ACH to pay my brand new car loan. That is more than an overdraft fee from USAA. 30 DOLLARS to make a 230 dollar payment.

Just had my check deposited but my accounts frozen I don't recomend this bank and will be closing my account

We switched a few years ago from Wells Fargo and have been incredibly happy with the switch. They always go above and beyond to assist you and work hard to earn your business. Heather is always so kind and helpful. She remembers me as well as my account information and it makes my transactions so easy. We needed to open up an addition acct and she had everything ready the moment we arrived.

I have my business account here and they have been nothing but helpful. Online banking has been smooth and convenient, the tellers are friendly and efficient. I moved my account from a national chain bank and am VERY glad I did!

Super duper friendly, good service and some of the best interest rates around. Not the best for getting a boat loan, but definitely worth financing a car through.

Just see how other banks are changing ! WRC. Still has drive-up window, when you call them, a real person answers the phone with helpfulness. They help me so many times when needing a loan. Plus I trust them !

Wait time to speak to an account manager was abysmal. I didn't expect much after entering because the staff was very rude and I felt like I was the subject of the whispers and titters. Maybe it was because they were dressed so unprofessionally, they might have been in their seahawks PJs, that the casual attire affected their behavior. perhaps the management should disallow casual Thursday's and enforce actual suits. You can't run with the big guys if you look and act small time. Shameful. I left, did not even bother opening an account. why would you trust people who can't dress for success handle

Extremely helpful stuff who made me feel welcome and appreciated! The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and hello, and only had to wait a few minutes til I was promptly helped with setting up an account by incredibly helpful tellers. The atmosphere is very friendly and professional with a personal touch that was very welcomed. Could not recommend them enough to everyone else looking for a credit union to join!

The customer service here is awesome. I have been banking here for five years now, they really provide personal service. The tellers are great at remembering you and they keep your ID on file. I have only had a good experience at White River Credit Union. Highly recommended.

Sadly this credit union hasn't moved with the times! Back in the dark ages, when I first became a member It was all I knew and thought the service was great, BUT White River Credit Union has totally FAILED to move with the times and other credit unions are kicking their butt! I'm really sad to give this review, but it's the painful truth, don't bother opening account here... do your research you'll find many BETTER options available. WRCU- READ this review and get the message!!! MOVE with the TIMES!

Don't waste your time here! Only one ATM at this location -if its broke then you cannot deposit anywhere else. If you lose your card,they do not have 24hr customer service,you must wait til they open. They messed up on my skip a pay and didn't skip the payment, therefore it messed up my other bank account. Also when I went to pay off my vehicle loan, I had a hassle! Because they didn't show my last payment went through on there end electronically from my other bank on a Friday, I had to wait till a Monday and drive back there and then pay off -even though it showed on my end that

After initially having some problems - I now really like this branch. They truly provide personalized Customer Service and really do care about their customers. They are what your local, small town bank used to be. If I lived closer - I would switch my banking to here.

Been a great place to bank...they even called one time when we had an issue...great customer service. Give em a try.

How is this a credit union? You can't bank or withdraw/deposit at any other credit union ATM. And their online banking sucks.
