Down here from Vt on vacation when my cell phone battery died. Tech Connect was recommended so there I went ! What a fantastic experience ! They overnighted the battery needed with no extra cost to me then let me sit and visit with them while I waited !

I was so impressed with Onterrio’s knowledge, but more so his friendliness & customer service. I was having problems charging my phone, and he took a look at it for me. I thought I would have to get a new charging port and/or battery, but all he did was clean the charging port, and it works good as new. He even tested the battery shelf life and told me it did not need to be replaced. I know nothing about phones, so he could have easily convinced me I needed to replace these things, and I would have spent the money. But instead he was honest, and didn’t even charge me for the time he spent on

Unfortunately my fiance and I have had broken phones in the past but Onterrio made the experiences fantastic. The prices you find at Tech Connect LLC are Great! You won't be able to find anyone in the area that will be comparable to his levels of customer service, quality of work, and price.
