Naturalization is the process of becoming a U.S. citizen after meeting certain requirements. Generally, anyone over the age of 18 who has been a lawful permanent resident for at least five (5) years may apply for citizenship (or three (3) years if the applicant received their legal permanent residence through a U.S. citizen spouse and still resides with that spouse).
Deportation is a harsh punishment that can ultimately disrupt families. Deportation proceedings usually occur after an alleged criminal or immigration violation. The process is commenced with the issuance of a Notice to Appear before Immigration Judge. Individuals who are deported are usually barred for a period of 10 years before becoming eligible to re-enter the U.S.

They did a poor job on my case and let it get closed with nothing done to it !! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone any time I wanted to speak to them they'd charged me after I hired them it made no sense! So save yor money and time! Hope this helps

I just waisted my Time and all my savings.
My case could be detected from the start that it would not proceed and even so, I was not notified. It seems to me an unethical act and with the intention of only obtaining money, when the intention of hiring a lawyer is so that it gives you alternatives and different options, so you can choose. In my case there was none. Her response was very poor and without clear bases. In definitive I will give a cero. I hope my Bad Experience help somebody else to take the best option.

If I could give no stars I would. Carrie Thompson gave my family and I so much hope. She said that we had low possibilities of losing. Either she lied or she did not care to do her job to research. She didn't even show up to courts both times, even after the judge had told her to show up. Not to mention, we paid her $500 to show up the second time...She failed to show and we lost our case. Please save your money and find someone who will fight for you and your family.
