Very high tech and striking office. They are very thorough in examination and appear to be using state of the art technology. They participate in a program that cuts the prices if you don't have dental insurance. Dr. Schneider was attentive and thorough, but came off as somewhat perfunctory compared to my last dentist, though upon reflection she may just be considerate of most people's discomfort ar being at the dentist and trying to get me out as quickly as possible. They have a great deal for new patients without insurance, so probably worth checking out if you're shopping.

I scheduled an appt for my son & let them know what insurance he had & they said ok & scheduled. I spoke to them twice after that letting them know I had a appt same day so could my other son who is 20 could bring him. They said yes & just to send a note stating they can treat him. When my boys got there, they said they couldn’t see him without me. I had spoken to them 3 times & 2 of those times they told me it was fine with a note. So it was rescheduled. I took my son & they then tell me that they don’t except his insurance & it would cost me $79. We&rsquo

My son is treated at Parkway Dental Care in Whitestown, IN, and his glowing recommendation encouraged me to choose Parkway as my dental provider. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Jen was my hygienist. Her technique was gentle and she explained each step of her exam and x-rays to me. I appreciated the opportunity to have an oral cancer check since that was not offered to me by previous dental providers. Dr. Schneider was gracious and kind to me.
