He was fast, courteous, on time, kept me aware of what he was doing and really took the time to break down my cars issues.

Really sorry to say I am very disappointed with the inspection I received on the car I purchased a couple months ago. I needed something to carry me through winter, but it seems so many critical fixes were missed from the inspection that I'm forced to pay for on my extremely limited budget. I learned last week that Three of the tires are "road hazards" as they are leaking air from road rash and bubbles. How can not one, but three tires needing replacement not be seen!? Furthermore, all 4 brake pads and rotors were in horrible shape, yet no indication of that in the inspection. Missed

Had them come out to repair my cv axle on my truck. The mechanic didn't seem to know what he was doing, 14 hours later he finally left. The axle wasn't fixed and was making crazy noises. Called
Their customer support number and they refused to send someone else unless I paid for it because I had supplied my own parts. So just be awAre if you supply your parts, they won't bother to help you

This Company is misleading. I worked for this company for a few months and they use my picture as advertisement, and I haven't worked for this company going on two years and they're still using my picture for advertisement as a mechanic. I have asked the owners of this company multiple times to remove me from their website and they refused to do so. If they're using me to advertise that I'm one of their mechanics I wonder how many more of the mechanics on the website aren't really working for them.

Couldn't be happier with this service, the cost and the mechanic that fixed my car. Though Chuy was 15 minutes late, it only took him a little longer to diagnose why my Altima wasn't starting and fix the problem. Apparently I had flooded the engine cranking it too long trying to make it start on a dying battery. Chuy suspected that and was able to keep the fuel pump from from adding more gas until the engine started. It runs perfect now and the only cost was the $75 diagnostic fee. Would recommend Chuy. Knowledgeable, informative and an pleasure tp deal with.

The service they provide is fast and affordable but buyer beware. They only warranty their parts for 1yr 12,000 miles. Had a starter replaced 10/22/2017 and went out on 12/18/2018 and my car has only about 6500miles since time of service. I would definitely think twice about using this service obviously they aren't using quality parts.

Really good experience. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue I was having (hood cable latch broken) for an affordable price. I needed a 'mobile' mechanic as my car would not move - other mobile mechanic sites gave next availability over a week in advance but Otobots gave availability for the next day which saved me. 100% would recommend to a friend.

This is my 2nd time using Otobots. Chuy was my 1st mechanic, very professional friendly and knowledgeable in his field. The Customer Service rendered by Peter the Mgr is AWESOME. I will surely refer them over and over again. I have another appointment for some work scheduled and their prices are affordable to consumers.

The mechanic was very knowledgeable, not just about my repair, but about cars in general. I was given a quote on the spot, and was charged that. The repairs were done that day, and didn't take long. Plus, the mechanic comes out to you, so there is no waiting around an auto mechanic's waiting room. Great concept. I'll be using this service again.

After reading all the 5 star reviews, I decided to try Otobots to try to avoid taking too much time off during a work day to take my car to an auto shop and dealing with the inconveniences or waiting or dropping off/picking up. My experience with Otobots ended up being the most inconvenient, frustrating one of all. Very unprofessional staff and poor customer service.

So much better than going to a dealership or shop that usually rips you off! Prices aren't just affordable/reasonable... they are accurate. My mechanic, Dave Apperley, created a smooth process with strong communication. He explained why certain things were happening, how to prevent them from happening in the future and a detailed depiction of what he had to do to get the job done. You also get to see them do the work right in front of you instead of them taking it to the back and performing shady work.

I had a great experience with Otobots. Alonzo was my mechanic and he went above and beyond. I required a rear brake job on my SUV, once completed I noticed a metallic sound when applying the brakes. Consulted with otobots and they sent Alonzo to diagnose. It was believed to be the shims. Alonzo returned that same week with new, upgraded pads and installed them at no charge.

This was my first time using this service and I was a little worried when I scheduled the appointment. But the whole process could not have been easier. It was a great experience and the technician was very friendly. He kept me informed every step of the way. And everything was completed well within the time frame I was quoted. It is nearly impossible to find honest, good natured and speedy techs that are polite and professional. Well i found that very auto tech in Todd with Otobots this tech drove over 35 miles
To diagnose my vehicle when it stopped at my home. he came in the evening when every shop closes and worked on my vehicle, not only found the problem but got it running and fixed the issue the next morning at my job. He is my go to tech from now on. Otobots is amazing, it would be insane not to use this convenience, avoid towing and shady shops. use otobots

This is how small business America needs to be. Polite, professional, quality, timely, and honest. No 'cedar wiget bolt' also needs to be replaced pork BS as well. I hope these guys take away business from those large bully chains. Consumers deserve a new and better trend. They took care of my Honda at half the price of the dealer and I never had to leave my house. Whenever Otobots fixes a car, I imagine a angel gets its a brand new pair of wings.. made in the USA. USA!!!

Let me start off by saying that I am a tough critic.
I needed some work done on my Toyota. I called around to many mechanics in the area by using YELP.
I came across Otobots and called immediately. Jessie was very helpful I'm providing professional, prompt excellent customer service. He did everything possible to schedule me that same day but the part that I needed was not available until the next.
I called back and spoke to Robert he was equally as professional and made an appointment with Isreal that same day. I would like to add their quotes are more than reasonable.
