Diane Toscano is a former prosecutor whose tough yet respectful style in the courtroom - refined through more than fifteen years of experience and training - is apparent to her clients, judges, and other attorneys. Diane is an experienced litigator that you want sitting next to you - a steady hand guiding you through the process - when your future is on the line.
Raised in a military family that moved to stations on three continents, Kelly knows first-hand the unique challenges that military families face and the support they need to be successful. A former prosecutor, Kelly is a confident and talented trial lawyer who is focused on delivering excellent results for her clients.
For the last decade, Jana's been solving people-problems in corporate human resources management. She also holds the distinction of being one of the very few, if only, practicing Virginia attorneys who also has served as a university Title IX deputy coordinator. This insider's view of the Title IX process and her work on university investigations gives Jana a leg up for her clients.
Jalyn Dalpe serves as legal assistant at Toscano Law Group. She is laser-focused on delivering excellent customer service, clear communication, and organized case information. Jalyn especially enjoys working with military families. With a spouse in the military, she knows first-hand the challenges that military families face and the support they need to be successful.

Diane represented me on a criminal matter as well as a family matter, in the criminal case she managed to get an outcome that would not affect my military career nor my criminal record in a way that would change my whole entire life and there were pretty serious charges pending to include a felony. I’d like to say first thank you so very much to Diane at first I was a little skeptical on us only being able to receive a court appointed attorney, but Diane completely changed my mind on that from the beginning. One word to describe Ms Diane Toscano is “Firehouse” . She came to rescue my family member with some serious charges. From initial meeting, she was very transparent and had explained the whole process how case would move forward and what steps are involved. Ms. Toscano came very highly recommended and after our initial consult with her we knew she was the right attorney to handle our matter. She was very professional, passionate, eager to help, compassionate, knowledgeable in the law, with great communication skills. However, due to an unforeseen unrelated issue she was unable to continue on with us.
