Having practiced dentistry for 37 years in the Mauldin community, Dr. John McCraw is one of the more experienced dentists in Greenville County. He grew up in Gaffney, S.C. and attended Clemson University (his blood is truly orange) where he graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Dentistry.

I made an appointment with Dr. McCraw for a crown as my usual dentist is not in-network for any insurance. My first appointment was canceled less than 2 hours beforehand due to Dr. McCraw being out of the office that day.
I called to reschedule the appointment and was told that the receptionist would call me back in 15 minutes. Three hours later I had yet to receive that returned call. Finally I called back myself and made a new appointment.
I arrived for my second appointment, checked over the paperwork I had already filled out prior to the visit and waited to be called back. I then noticed
