The staff were wonderful to work with. All of the paperwork was in perfect order when we went for our closing and some of it was already pre-filled in for efficiency. They answered all of our questions and the closing was seamless. Thank you for a great experience for and from a first time home buyer.

We closed but the experiance was confusing, paperwork was incorrect. Poor communication and it was obvious they were not prepared. We will be holding our breath until the check clears and paperwork is filed.

I have been flipping homes for years and this title company wants me to send my money 2 days before closing they are nuts. This is not how it is done I bring a certified check and they give me a deed. Never pay upfront. They also all the personal info in my trust under the law they do not have any right to see what is in my trust. Stay away bad people to do business with.

I'm not the type to ridicule and complain but there are times when its necessary. When they say call us anytime (esp the day before closing) and then being told that "dont worry about the error on the closing paperwork" or " if you would be quiet" I find a problem with that. Very condescending closing agent, but then stated she doesnt deal with closings? When i enter into a 200k deal i want everything perfect. I did receive an apology from another agent but half hearted at best. Granted I'm not a certified paralegal, but I am highly trained in healthcare and paramedicine. I would never speak to
