Having closed multiple properties with Summit Title here in NH I can say they’re nothing less than amazing. Ellen Frith, my account manager is an angel. She is funny, extremely responsive, and handles my clients with the highest level of care. Sometimes scheduling a closing becomes a last minute ordeal due to everything happening behind the scenes to reach that point. First time home buyer. Such a bad experience. They forgot to add the fuel proration to the final closing cost. A few days after the closing they reach out asking me to send them a check for +$1500. I clarified to them that since I had spent all my money on house repairs, I would pay them with my next paycheck. Later I find out, the only reason they found out this amount was missing because the check they gave my real estate agent was deficient and her company had reached out to Summit who then figured why it was short.

Wendy was my title closing services coordinator and she was a absolute pleasure to talk to and very responsive. I had to move the closing date, which was stressful, however the team at summit made this very easy and communicated very well with me about the documents needed and organizing everything with such speediness. Overall, they have great customer service and everyone at Summit that I spoke to was very knowledgeable! This couldn't have been a better “first buyers experience” thanks to Summit.

Summit Title was easily the best part of our refinance. After a dismal process with our lender it was a breath of fresh air once Summit Title got involved and wrapped this up. They were on top of everything, responsive, friendly and professional. The closing was quick and smooth.. very impressed! We used them for our purchase and refinance and won't hesitate to use them again. 5 Stars
