We recently completed a purchase for an interest in a property in New Hampshire. We worked with Lori on our closing and couldn't be happier with how she handled everything. We are out of state buyers so everything was done virtually. We have purchased several properties over the years and this one was by far the quickest and easiest. My Wife and I just refinanced our home and we had the pleasure to work with Susan Boyd and Lori Harnett of United Title and Escrow Services. As with most things in life, events can go a bit sideways, especially with a refinance. From beginning to end of our business with them, Lori and Susan calmed our concerns and got us to the finish line! I worked with John, Sue, and Lori on two simultaneous transactions (sale of previous home and purchase of a new one). I stumbled on their company out of pure coincidence and my experience could not have been any better. They were extremely hands on and very responsive. Whether you are the kind of person expecting hand holding throughout the process or like myself and tend to ask a ton of questions, you will have a great experience. I was so fortunate for that!! I was not able to meet all that work there, but Sue who i had the pleasure dealing with, is such a joy and so pleasant. This place made things go smoothly, along with genuinely making you feel like you really matter and not just a stranger bringing them business.. I was always quickly updated with any little change or concern i had.. So if you need a title company you can count on, I highly recommend that you strongly recommend them to your bank to use!!!

I do not even know where to begin... One of the best Title Companies I have worked with. They are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I requested a courtesy signing at this location from Oregon. Lori communicated directly with the clients and was very efficient the entire time. Most importantly communicated with me every step of the way. I am so grateful for my experience with Lori!

I've worked with a bunch of title companies over the years and I have to say, I've never received better service than the service that I've received at United Title and Escrow. John, Lori, and Sue all have a great deal of experience and knowledge of the title side of the business. Their size make them nimble and quick to respond and get things done. I never feel like they've lost my files in a pile of others (unlike other bigger firms). I have 100% confidence in the team. This title company ROCKS! The entire group makes you feel like they've known you forever and takes ALL the pain and aggrevation out of the ENTIRE closing process. My recent re-fi was a less than great experience with what turned out to be a horrible bank (mortgage department anyway) and each time I had to call, cancel and reschedule my closing they were more than accomodating and even put me at ease. They are friendly and professional without pretentiousness. The office is comfortable and welcoming. I really can't say enough about United Title & Escrow Services! I recommend them

Wow, what a great company. We had a tight timeline and needed original signatures for the offer on our house around the holidays(it was a HUD house). Lori (from United Title) drove from Concord to Manchester to sign the paperwork on the Tuesday between Christmas and New Years to make sure we got our offer submitted in time. I was shocked when she said that she'd be right down to take care of it.
You can use any title company and probably be fine, but if something out of the norm happens, it's great to know that the people doing your title search are willing to go above and beyond to make sure

The absolute best title company I've had the pleasure to work with in my 4 years of selling Real Estate.
