Was referred to Condo1 from a friend who had used their service several times with multiple properties within the Northern VA area. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly Antonio Melendez got back to me and was able to secure me a rental. He was attentive, he listened, and remembered the discussions we had about my preferences. I’ve used Condo 1 to manage my condominium while abroad for over four years and I couldn’t be more happy with their services. I rented a condo for the last 4 years in Alexandria.The property manager made sure to always make sure all of my maintenance request were answered within 24 hours. I highly recommend them! I wish I was lucky enough to get them as a rental the second time around. No complaints,highly recommended!

Condo 1 has provided property management for my single family home rental for 5 years now - and I could not be happier! I had used another property management company which was large and unresponsive; then a realtor friend recommended Condo 1 because of their boutique size, integrity and responsiveness. Natalie Hill has been my property manager for most of these 5 years - she is savvy, brilliant, incredibly responsive - and a lovely, caring person. Their entire team has been terrific - including their subcontractors who do good work at a fair price. This is a gem of a local business!

This review is written from the renter perspective, not an experience as an owner. The contract I had to sign "could not be modified" in their email to me after I indicated several things didn't apply to my renting situation, because the property I was leasing was physically different than what was described in the contract. They said "don't worry about it, it doesn't apply to you," so they made me sign an incorrect legal document since it was electronic and I couldn't line things out. I had several significant repair and cleanliness issues with the property that were not dealt with in a timely
