The entire staff is caring, empathetic and understanding of "needle anxiety prone people" such as myself! Dr. Badali and Anita are AMAZING to have by your side with any dental procedure! Anita holds your hand and talks to you while Dr. Badali is gentle and constantly checks to see how you are doing as he's working. They are always looking for new tools to make any procedure more comfortable! I would highly recommend this office to everyone! (Dr. DuPre-you did good! THANKS!!).

Dr. Badali showed me my X-rays on the screen in front of the dental chair and explained every step of the procedure. There were many updated equipment items in his office that my former dentist did not have. He… is very professional, knowledgable,comforting, and humorous. His assistant Anita is awesome, too and they make a great team. I really appreciated not being rushed through my appointment, like I always felt at my former dentist's office. It was worth the far travel to be cared for in their office. Highly recommended to new patients all over the greater Rochester area!
