San Diego Tours .us, sandiegotours.us, Alcatraz Media Inc - Hollywood Tours, provided us with a very poor experience on our potential tour of Ensenada, Mexico from San Diego. Trying to tour from San Diego to Ensenada with Hollywood Tours - Alcatraz Media Inc, via sandiegotours.us and the following happens.
1 - Said they picked up at a specific hotel location - turns out they don't upon confirming the reservation with Greyline - a strange thing to make a paying customer do as well.
