Over the past 10 years we have helped many hospitals improve their financial performance through multi-year contracts to manage their psychiatric and substance abuse child, adult and geriatric inpatient services. Hospitals elect this service to accomplish significant operational changes to increase census, improve unit-based management, and/or to improve clinical performance and regulatory compliance.
TaraVista Behavioral Health Center was conceived from this simple question: "What if we could create an inpatient Behavioral Health Center from scratch?" We met with patients and family members to design the building. We asked doctors, nurses, social workers and other clinicians to design each of the floors, the nursing station, and the treatment space.
We strive to create and support a care-giving culture comprised of experienced, motivated, upbeat and respectful professionals. We select people who are action-oriented, creative thinkers who embrace our mission and can accept support, feedback and mentoring. Our program directors, project leaders, and clinical personnel blend clinical expertise, leadership, operational creativity, and financial knowledge.
