An O & E Property Report is also known as a Title Search, Property Search and Current Owner Search. Report shows current deed holder, open mortgages, judgments and liens, UCC's and current and delinquent taxes. This report consists of several searches in one: Deed Search, Mortgage/Assignment Search, Judgment/Lien Search, UCC Search and Tax Search.

We are in a real estate boom and unfortunately this company is not staffed to handle the current situation. I deal with several title companies weekly, closing up to five purchases and sales a week. I receive good to excellent service at each. Burnt Store struggles to keep up and always has some excuse. They have some great team members but unfortunately the entire team as a unit I cannot recommend.

I highly recommend Jessica Dull of Burnt Store Title & Escrow. She did a superlative job in handling our recent Closing. While normally things go smoothly in a Closing, ours had numerous paperwork issues which Jessica handled quickly and professionally. I need to stress that these issues had nothing to do with her or Burnt Store Title. Jessica is personable, knowledgeable and professional. I would easily rate her 5 out of 5 stars.
