Dr. Jessica Cincoski graduated from the University of Minnesota with her bachelor degree in Animal Science in 2008, and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She worked in small animal and emergency medicine for 6 years before joining the team at Burnsville Animal Clinic.
We visited Burnsville Animal Clinic when we first got our first pet, Leo. The staff is very welcoming and friendly with him, even though he is a bit aggressive; they are very patient and take good care of him. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, and the service is always personalized.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.
Our Care Companion Plan sets a precedent. Essential care is neatly packaged into pay-monthly plans that ensure each pet receives above-and-beyond attention. As your furry family members age, the plans change to fit their specific needs. We keep track of payment, recommend plan changes, and update you about upcoming exams and treatments often and with transparency.
When we need to figure out what's wrong with your pet, we routinely use x-rays to help identify the cause of the problem, rule out possible problems or provide a list of possible causes. We may also use x-rays during a wellness exam to diagnose potential problems before they become serious. We use radiology alone or in conjunction with other diagnostic tools.

Such an amazing place to go to! As a college student and first time dog owner, I didn’t know where to go or who to see and the Burnsville Animal Clinic was able to help me with any questions or concerns I had with Franklin. One great thing is that they have a pet plan (cats or dogs) that is so affordable for me and it helps pay for everything! I’d look into this place!!

My dog had an emergency and got into something and I had to bring him in asap and I called over 8 places that’s couldn’t take him, even the near pet emergency hospitals.. and dr Joey Buhta was able to take my dog in right away and he was fast and the best outcome. Very thankful for him!

I have four animals and have had nothing but the best experiences with Burnsville Animal Clinic. The best part for me is that you can tell that all the employees there love their job and love animals. It makes me feel so much more comfortable listening to their recommendations for my animals, because you can tell they only have what is best for them in mind.
Another side note is that I LOVE that they have a separate entrance for dogs and cats because my newest fur baby currently has a love to chase cats, so it was just another little peace of mind that was offered. Not to mention the prices of

I have a Russian tortoise and the whole staff loves him they are amazing with him and all so knowledgeable about exotic animals!! I love the doctor she is absolutely amazing and I will continue to take my animals there!! I love this place and could not ask for better people to take care of my animals
