My case was originally transferred from old law firm as the Attorney retired and since then Litwin & Smith have been handling all consulting's for our co. I had a wonderful experience with Litwin&Smith. On the surface my case was simple. I have been a legal resident of the United States for over 40 years ( Green Card holder) so easily qualify for citizenship . The complication lies with the fact that I work primarily outside of the US and travel a lot . It was an absolutely terrific experience working with Litwin and Smith. I had initially got to know Donald through an old employer who was filing for my visa. After having been let go from the employer, Donald continued to answer any questions I had around finding a new employer and the timing around how long I had, to find a new employer given the new rules that were being updated quite frequently. After having found a new employer, the employers were a bit jittery about the whole immigration visa process. Litwin and Smith had to work with my current employer and explain about the immigration
