I grew up nearby Detroit, Michigan. In 1985, my family moved to San Jose and my father (also an attorney) worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Santa Clara County for 10 years. I joined the Marine Corps, went to college and law school in California and ended up working at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office throughout law school and after becoming an attorney.

Driving while under the influence of any alcoholic beverage is illegal under California Vehicle Code Section 23152(a) VC. Under this law, a motorist who displays any signs of intoxication can be charged with DUI even if their blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is above the legal limit. Following a DUI arrest, the arresting officer must immediately forward a copy of the notice of suspension or license revocation to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Wow!!! Just Wow!!! I had a family member who needed an exceptional lawyer to defend them after a domestic dispute that occurred during Covid. I had received an unexpected call from the main jail in Santa Clara county Friday night at around 11pm. However, I was unable to understand who was calling me. I am certain that my case would have went much different if I hadn’t hired Mr. Ajlouny to represent me. Awesome attorney. Worth the extra $$ did a great job with my case went above and beyond what he was hired to do. You definitely get your money’s worth. Edward is the real deal if you are looking for someone who will actually impact the outcome of your case. He knows what he is doing and in my friends case he went toe to toe with the DA in front of the judge and the judge agreed with him and a six month jail sentence on a probation violation turned into much needed counseling classes instead.
