What can I say? There is NOONE like T-Jay's! I felt like family as soon as I walked through the door!!! OUTSTANDING service, all around! Jill is the ABSOLUTE sweetest. I can't think of anyone kinder. T-Jay’s did a great job repairing our daughters RDX that was rear ended and pushed into the car in front of her. They repaired the front and back of the car. Everyone was very great to work with. They were caring and professional. Paul kept us informed every step of the way on the progress. Jill went out of her way to meet my daughter at college to replace a part that wasn’t in yet when the rest of the car was finished. Great customer service!!

I just got my 2021 Kia Sportage back today and they did a fantastic job. I got it back when they said it would be ready. I had to wait a few weeks to put it in the shop because everything is backed up but it was worth the wait. This is the place I wanted to fix my truck. I did research on a lot of shops and this was the only place that I saw that got a A+ from the BBB. They went over and above cleaning the outside and the inside of my car. When I picked the car up I was told about how to get this rust-like stuff off. The man went back inside and got the stuff I needed and wiped the rust off himself

I'm very impressed with the service from T-Jay's. My car looks brand new and runs beautifully. All the staff here are super. The young ladies at the reception desk are pleasant and welcoming. I was loading golf clubs in my car and one of the service guys happened to be walking by and came over to ask if I needed help loading my car. I drove away and noticed something that I wasn't used to. Called T-Jay's to let them know and they asked me to come back. I was greeted immediately before I got out of my car and was wisked into diagnostics to make sure everything was right. The manager came with me

T Jay's Service is awesome. Customer service is beyond awesome. Paul said he would give me an update on my vehicle the same day and he DID. I'm used to being told one thing and businesses doing the opposite. I haven't picked up my car yet, but I just know I will be satisfied. Update.... I picked my car up and she looks better than new. Paul did a test drive before calling me and warned me of a potentially unsafe condition. He did NOT have to do this and it is GREATLY appreciated. The ladies in the office are super. You will have a NON painful experience dealing with T-Jay's Services.

Omg TJAYS have saved me at least 3 times they do Great work everyone is very very friendly and professional. I drive for work winter wasn't very good to me ,took my car twice to TJAYS to be fixed got it back looking brand new they washed and vacuumed it out co- workers thought I trade for a new car . got it back the day he said it would be ready love dealing with friendly people it's like having my dad fix my car .thank you TJAYS once again

T-Jay's is an auto repair shop in Bedford, OH. I am not an employee of that company, but rather a customer who had two pleasant experiences with T-Jay's.
My first encounter came after someone scrapped the left rear of my car. The VW dealership directed me to T-Jay's which was only two doors away at 200 Broadway Avenue.
I was quite concerned about cost, but Paul had my back panel painted and buffed... "FREE"! So unusual, kind, honest and so much more.
The second occasion is when a traffic cone on the infamous Pennsylvania turnpike attacked my car. Without structural damage

T-Jay's helped us out a lot. I had my 05 Subaru front left fender replaced and it looks fantastic. The lady that helped us was friendly and frank when we asked her about the job. She was straightforward and was not interested in taking our money for a costly job. The team even touched up some chips in my paint. A family run business like this is a pleasure to work with. I went to another location and was quoted double what T-Jay's said. Highly recommend these guys.
