Frustrated. Let me start by saying I was able to connect to WiFi when I dropped the desktop off but when I got it home it prompted me to connect via a cable...then had to take it back again...they told me I was missing a part and I needed to go purchase this USB wireless adapter from a different store. They could not explain why I was able to connect to WiFi previously and now the missing part enables me from doing that! No one offered to purchase the part or order the part for me...for the money I spent I expected them to order it! Originally I was having issues with the keyboard and mouse not

This place is awesome ever since I have had my first laptop I have been going to these guys. They are very cost efficient many times when they tell me my total I almost fall over from it being so reasonable. How many places can you say that about. They are prompt with their service, their estimates, are almost spot on. I will always take any computing problems I have to them.
