Our love for travel, exploring new cuisines, and entertaining inspired us to start our family business in 2002. We have seen tremendous growth over the years, but remain committed to the quality and personal service that has always defined us.

We grill on-site whenever possible, as opposed to transporting food, making for the freshest menu possible.

Services
For your convenience, we have assembled a few complete menu packages for you to choose from. Feel free to mix & match, or suggest an item that is not listed. We will help you design a menu to fit your personal taste and budget. The "per guest" cost is based on a guest count of 100 and includes all food, delivery and set-up, all serving platters and serving utensils, and catering-related clean-up.
We recently hired Mosaic Catering to cater a private party of 50 people at our home. We had never hosted a party this size so we were naturally a little anxious. Bill Pritchard's calm and professional manner put my mind at ease. He was responsive, flexible and reasonable. The night of the party, Bill and his capable server quickly set up and were ready when guests started arriving.

What can we say, but BRAVO!!! Bill and team Mosaic catered our daughters wedding reception July 9th, 2016 on Vashon Island's AYH Ranch. They were on time, ready to go, and not only super professional, but fun as well! I received two thank you cards afterwards (wow!) praising the food, ambiance, and professionalism of the catering crew. That just doesn't happen. But it will if you have Bill and his team cater your event! We chose the NW Grill Salmon/Tuscan chicken Duet with sides of asparagus, orzo salad, mixed wild greens, and rustic olive bread. Everything was done to perfection

I contracted with Bill and his team at Mosaic to cater our wedding reception of 100 people last weekend. I can say without hesitation that they were absolutely FANTASTIC! Although there weren't a lot of reviews to go off of from social media or wedding vendor lists, I reached out to Bill because his business was local to Carnation, WA, where our wedding was held. When we first connected, I explained that the reception would be held in a somewhat remote location. Even given the obstacles, Bill was supportive from the get-go about his ability to transport all of the necessary man-power / supplies

I can not recommend Mosaic enough! Bill and his staff catered our wedding in July and he went above and beyond to make everything perfect. He was really flexible and supportive during the planning process and was willing to work with the different ideas we had in mind. As for the day of the wedding, I don't even know where to start! The service was great and the food was SO GOOD and presented beautifully. Coming from a group of people that have eaten their fair share of salmon, I can't even tell you how many compliments we got on how perfectly it was cooked and seasoned.

Bill Pritchard at Mosaic Catering provided the food for our daughter's wedding near Issaquah in July 2016. From the first contact months before, til the end of the evening, it was a total delight working with Bill and his team. Communication and planning was easy and professional.
