Just need some air for my tire so i ask the attendant to turn on the air compressors and the first thing he said was "did you purchase gasoline? Air and water are for customers only with such an attitude that so turned off. I decided not to get air nor the fuel and just drive to other stations around. Bad customers service.

With some of the most expensive gas around town you would think you'd be able to put some clean water and maybe soap in for customers that want to clean their windshields. It smells like it came straight from the sewer. Please take better pride in your business and fix that.

I searched this place on Yelp to leave a 5 star review and was surprised by the low ratings. my experience was great. I took my car in for a Smog check today and was in & out in 20mins, and cost ended up being accurate to the estimate they gave me. No issues, great customer service. Garrett helped me and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to others!

I used this location to get a brake and lamp inspections done for a salvaged title car. I think the state of California are crooks but this shop did as promised and finished same day.

I had a bad experience trying to get air my bike tire that had a slow leak. I asked the attendant if he can turn on the compressor but said it did not work ... even if you had the coins to start it. I ask the mechanic in the shop if they have a compressor he said yes, but the attendant came by and said we don't have any and the mechanic is busy. Terrible customer service!!

I called just to ask if They take appointment for oil change. A guy picked up the phone and said, "hold on please." Ok, sure. Then he finally talked to me, asked him my questions. And i just repeated what he said to make sure i got it right...while i was doing that he said "thank you u have a good night." I WAS NOT EVEN DONE TALKING THAT MOTHAF*%#%]A hang up on me. I called again (good thing it as him who answered) i told him that i was not done talking and u up the phone, thats so rude. I would understand if ur busy and just tell me to freaking hold....just say it. This guy

I went in to ask the guy how to use the air pump for my tires since it didn't seem like it was working and I wanted to check if it was. I asked the worker if it was working and how to use it and he just cursed me out and said it wasn't his problem. He didn't seem to care about anything and I left.

Might have been a bit more expensive than most but they took such great care of my husband's car. Smog checks can be worrisome when you love your car, accidental scratches from tools or worse. These guys made me feel so much better with how careful they were. They also fit us in within a few minutes.

The restrooms were dirty. No toilet paper in the men's restroom. I asked to use the air and the toothless old guy was very rude with me. I said I had a flat tire and he said I needed to buy something first. I was already parked at the air station. I said I was going to fill up once there was air in my tire. He said he needed to see the receipt first. He told to to read the sign. This guy is an incompetent idiot. I left and drove across the street, filled my tank, bought sodas and put air in my tire. I will NEVER take any of my cars to this location again.

Used their smog service and the crew was so very friendly and fast! Great customer service all around and very convenient. Thank you!

I work close by, a once convenient location which i would frequent,has become one to avoid. On multiple occasions the attendant has offerrd terrible customer service ,as he is aggitated, and suspicious of every customer. Most recently on 9/22, at approximately 10 am, and tonight 10/31 at 1140 pm, I visited for gas, and air. I have fallen victim to the weather changes, frequently needing to adjust tire pressure. Each time the compressor is off, and i have visited the attendant asking for assistance. The attendant, equally rude and aggitated each visit, interrogates me about whether i am a paying

The worst gas station I ever been to. I purchase gas in the morning. went to my doctors appointment which is right next to them. Right after my appointment. I had to go back to the gas station because I had a low pressure tire warning.
This is where things went wrong. when I went inside the gas station to ask the cashier If he could turn on the air compressor for me. The answers with have I purchased gas. Which I told him I did this morning. His response with no I didn't purchase gas and he wasn't gonna turn on the air compressor.

My husband just brought my Jeep in to get an oil change and the man that helped him SCOTT was extremely rude! Very impatient and unkind. Did not want to answer any questions. My husband also took his truck there to get a smog and they do not do a pass or free retest. If there is any question if your vehicle will pass or not, we do not suggest going there. There are plenty of other places in the area that offer this service. It's such a bummer because this shop is so close and convenient for us. The other people who work there seem to be nicer. If you're getting a service done here avoid

I take all my cars to this Chevron. Always a good experience. Best thing is when I need a repair it's done quickly and within the estimate they provided. I looked through some of the other reviews. Seems like disgruntled people. So you come at 5pm when they close, and there's no one here to fix your tire, and then you complain? And yes, free air is for paying customers. They dont need to provide it for people just stopping by for free air. Read the law on that. Station is clean. Everyone I've dealt with here has been nice and professional. Best gas station in San Jose. Bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly, have been going here for years :)

And yes I did bring them elsewhere and it only needed a clip. Which cost like 20 cents. You guys wanted change everything which would of costed me almost $800 per side. Anyways its over. My lights work, adjusted and I am happy it cost me only $200 total. Which this place would of charged me 1000% more.

Just like someones moon roof. These guys wanted to charge $800 for installation. We got it done for $50 and it took 20min.

We brought tire for emergency repair and they said we had to have it on the rim, which was at skips tire. Skips won't do a plug and ordered the wrong tires. With 15 minutes until 5 pm we rushed back to skips and got the rim in and then back to Chevron with moments to spare. We ran in and the guy just looked and us and said come back Monday. We said we were just here and it is an emergency. He just looked and me and said no he was done for the day. Don't go here. Ever. They are rude and left a woman stranded.

There are many mixed reviews for this station on Yelp. My experience with our Toyota truck, Honda car and 1960 corvette over the last 15 years is very positive. I went to specialty shops for the corvette and I pick these guys over any of the those as well as working on our foreign cars. They are technically good enough to be certified by all auto companies and you almost always see a very high end classic specialty job being done.

On the other side you will pay for this service. They charge top end rates and may not hesitate to hit you with a larger bill than you expect so ensure to make
