Kinda getto but fairly cheap rent for Portland can't complain you get what you paid for

Application process is easy and fast... like the fact that they require a background check to be done make me feel a little safer knowing that everyone living here has passed it.... manager is friendly and helpful... newly added speed bumps make it safer for children to play knowing there won’t be any speeders through out mobile park...

The manager was helpful and we were able to get into the rv park for a few months stay when everything else was full. The lot was pretty large for an rv park.

Manager never returns phone calls or answers phone, prices increased with the new Owners about 2yrs ago $75 more from the Original of $325 because they were going “Fix the Parks street” and all they did was put Gravel and within A FEW MONTHS they increased the price $100 more because they were going to “FIX” the street and all they did was REMOVE the Gravel and left it the way it was before!!! They turn off the water without notifying anybody...sometimes for hours and then the water comes out very dirty after they turn it back on. The list goes on!!! This place was better before! They had

I currently live here and i love it here! It is very quiet and peaceful. The management and maintenance are fantastic people and i love that it is safe for my daughter to play and ride her bike here!

They took our application and $70 ($35 for each my husband and I) and never heard a thing!! My husband called to check over a week later and they said they were still waiting for background check. Still waiting and it's nearly a month later....guess they aren't looking for tenants. Ridiculous.
