This RV Park has been the best we've stayed at since my husband started traveling for work 3 years ago. We've been all over the country. Most of the trees are gone from Hurricane Harvey, but there are still some left, lush grass between the sites, concrete pads, and more room between the lots than anywhere I've been. It's very quiet. The people who choose this RV Park seem to have the common goal of being courteous and enjoying this beautiful place. There's a small laundry room, WiFi, a clubhouse with a kitchen and one shower, and DirectTV. We were there for 9 months,

We just stayed at Estes RV park last week, and I could not have been more happy with this place. I talked to Kyle, the owner, several times before and during our stay, and he ALWAYS answered the phone - he is laid back and very easy to deal with. The rates are very reasonable. The greatest part of this place is that it's quiet and clean. We drove past dozens of other rv parks in Rockport, and they were all slammed and congested, but Estes RV Park is much smaller and exactly what we were looking for. No, they don't have a pool, no, they don't have showers, no they don't

Nice and quiet just like other reviewers have mentioned, there are no bathrooms, shower houses, pool or any of that to draw unwanted noise to the park which is good, they had nice shade trees before Harvey, most are gone now.
Rates were decent the guy that runs the place is nice and laid back, there aren't many rules if any, not much of a need for them because everyone here has common interests.
There's cable and wifi, power (although seemingly high) is price comparable to parks in the area. water pressure is great, concrete lots with extra parking across the road, you don't get

Be warned, this camp ground is not for everyone!!!
There are no showers, no pool, no playground.
They do have wifi (we had a great signal, but we were told it can be spotty); they have cable ( but you need to pick up a receiver from the office, it's not as simple as just hooking up a cable).
Your satellite dish probably won't work, the trees block the signal (unless you had a dish with a long cable that you can position so that it points towards an opening in the trees.
There is a laundry room. And, it appears they may be building a small shower house ( but I won't swear that
