I talked to a couple of landscapers this Summer and came to an agreement with Brad Williams on an evergreen hedge to be installed in October. Then every time I called, he assured me he was going to put the hedge in as discussed but needed a few more weeks. Now, in December, he is saying we "don't have a contract" and he is not going to do the work.
