My appointments are always on time. The women st the front desk are always welcoming and efficient. Christina is very knowledgeable about the products and services there. She also knows what my insurance provides and helps me understand the insurance and what coverage I have. I called at 4pm the day before Thanksgiving b/c my 5yo son hit a stick into some ice in the morning and was complaining about his eye.

My wife Lolly and I have been patients at North Lake Eyecare since it’s opening decades ago.

My daughter needed an emergency appointment after having severe trauma to her eye. I contacted Dr Raulino's office and they fit me in right away. She was very thorough and took the extra time to perform tests to make sure there was no permanent damage to her eye. Her staff contacted referrals for further treatment. I'm very thankful for the care and concern they put into our situation. I would recommend Dr Raulino to anyone!

I have used this office for a couple of years. They are highly professional, on time, and pleasant to deal with every way. As an added plus, they are familiar with various insurance plans, have a good selection of frames, and are helpful and candid about finding the right fit. On my last visit, they agreed not only to replace a set of lenses that I had just ordered but wasn't comfortable with, but had the new order rushed and it arrived within days. Service is exceptional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Raulino for many years. I only have vision in one eye so I am quite choosey when it come to which eye doctor I use. I always enjoy my appointments at North Lake Eyecare Optometry. The office is beautiful. The staff and Dr. Raulino are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Raulino is very thorough. She gives a very complete eye exam and gives valuable information about areas of concern. I have also purchased several pairs of glasses and many boxes of contact lenses from the office. I have been very happy with the quality of the glasses and the lenses.

Dr Raulino is wonderful. She is very concerned with my eye health and keeps up with medical news outside of the eye field. I love that! She asks the right questions and makes sure that my exam is thorough.
I asked about which frames were NOT made in China and was immediately directed to the frames made in Italy. (Entirely too many things are made in China, and who knows what is in the materials they use.) I received assistance and feedback about what styles I chose and of what looked best on me. After choosing my frames, I asked if there were other colors and I was shown the varieties online,

I have been seeing Dr Raulino for more than 15 years. I always get such thorough care from her and her staff. The exam is always great and all my questions are always addressed. From eye injury to dry eye options and really cute frames. Recently I was given the newest contact lenses available to try.... Best ever lenses!!! They stay moist and comfortable in the driest environments. I am so satisfied with north lake eye care. A big thank you for always going above and beyond....

Even though I live in Carson City, I choose to drive to North Lake Tahoe just to see my eye doctor. I try to find the best care around. I used to drive to Reno for my dentist and then found out he was moving to Carson City. Lucky me. Anyway, North Lake Eyecare has always taken great care of me. They seem to have the latest equipment as she performs tests that I had never had before. Very thorough. Great selection of glasses at reasonable prices. The front office staff was very friendly and took their time helping me to choose my glasses as well as some prescription sunglasses. They even delivered
