Clear Water Harbor in Waupaca, WI is a lakeside hub for summertime fun. Owned and operated by the Meighan family for two generations, it's the perfect place to grab a bite to eat, enjoy some live music, or take in the beauty of the Chain O' Lakes. Pat and Mimi started Clear Water Harbor in 1975 after restoring the Chief Waupaca Sternwheeler.
They decided the Chief needed a "Harbor" and the Clear Water Harbor restaurant and bar was born! That continues to this day, as the Waupaca community and the greater Central Wisconsin area continue to enjoy this wonderful waterfront center. In addition to the restaurant, Moo's ice cream shoppe is open daily in the summer.

Your Destination for Dining, Entertainment, Boat Cruises & Private Parties in Waupaca, WI. Some thirty years ago, Pat and Mimi Meighan brought the Chief Waupaca Sternwheeler to the beautiful Chain O' Lakes. For several years, they raised anchor and ran sightseeing tours. In the years since its establishment, Clear Water Harbor has grown to serve as quite the summertime hub.
Whether you're on vacation or just your lunch break, Clear Water Harbor is the place to be. Every summer, you'll find us serving up new specials and long-time favorites, from the third Thursday of April, to the last Sunday in September starting at 11:00AM Monday though Friday and 10:00AM Saturday & Sunday.

Excellent restaurant and bar right on the water. The food was good, the drinks and beer selection were above average, the staff were friendly. The views of the lake from the back deck were outstanding. The best atmosphere of any outdoor eating on the chain. Stopped in for a drink the next day and enjoyed a lakeside chair. Ended up ordering a pizza to take home, which was also very good.

We went on the Mimosas and Coffee Sunday Cruise around the lakes. It was an amazing way to end our visit. The mimosas were good and the coffee was from a local coffee shop (Aquamos). There were also donut holes and mini-muffins. Definitely got our money's worth! The captain was exceptional and so informative. We really felt like we were able to enjoy and learn about the area. Definitely recommend to anybody!

П There is really only one option here if you are vegan, and it is the Beyond Burger. I'm glad at least have that, but I hope in the future they will add a couple more options for the growing market of plant based eaters out there.
Besides that, it's always a fantastic atmosphere, good for a sunset, to watch a bucks game at the bar, and enjoy time in the lake. If I were a meat eater it would be an easy 5 star review ✨
