At MEREDITH PC, we work closely with other professional advisors as part of the estate planning team. MEREDITH PC is devoted entirely to serving clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and throughout the State of Texas in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, and trust and estate administration.
At MEREDITH PC, we take a different approach to planning for our clients. Before we make any recommendations, we take the time to understand you, your family, your concerns, your values, and your goals. Where other firms take a transactional approach to estate planning, our method is relationship-based and client-centered.

Comprehensive estate planning covers nearly every aspect of life. It begins with protecting yourself and your personal dignity and extends to protecting your loved ones and your hard-earned assets. There are many legal strategies involved in estate planning, including wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care documents.
There are many legal strategies involved in estate planning, including wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and health care documents. New clients often say that they do not have an estate plan. Most people are surprised to learn that they actually do have a plan.
Asset protection planning involves making prudent decisions today to protect yourself, your business, and your hard-earned assets from loss due to lawsuits and creditors. This type of legal planning is especially prudent for professionals and business owners, whose personal assets could be at risk due the nature of their employment.
Probate and estate administration are the processes through which estate assets are transferred after death. When probate avoidance planning has not been implemented prior to death, the State will require a probate court proceeding if the deceased was a resident or owned assets in the State. Probate can be supervised or unsupervised.
At MEREDITH PC, we encourage and assist the tradition of giving to charitable causes. In addition to the many personal rewards inherent in making a charitable gift, most gifts also provide a current charitable income tax deduction. Some charitable giving strategies also save capital gains taxes, increase income, and provide you, or whomever you designate, with an income for life.

We were able to setup a call for November 2nd at 3PM; however, we never received a call at this time. After e-mailing Mr. Meredith and his
