Services
Courtland Kristoferson was born and raised in Denton County and has long standing ties to North Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a degree in Government.
After graduation, he returned to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and attended law school at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where he was a Dean's Scholarship recipient as well as a founding member of the Van Sickle Family Law Clinic, which provided pro bono legal services related to family law matters for indigent members of the community.

Kevin Young's practice is primarily focused on litigation in the areas of probate, trusts, guardianship, commercial matters and real estate issues. In addition, a significant amount of his practice is dedicated to the estate planning needs of his clients. He is an experienced trial attorney and has significant experienced in all stages of litigation including pre-trial procedure, jury trial experience and post-trial appellate procedure.
Mr. Chenault dedicates a large portion of his practice to Probate Law and related areas. He has been involved in and has represented individuals, creditors, and large national non-profits in highly contested and high net worth estates. He currently serves as the Vice-President of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section of the Denton Bar Association and serves as an Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem with the Denton County Statutory Probate Court.
