We do have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy to ensure that we can refill a spot for someone that needs in. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment or reschedule so that our other guests are not inconvenienced.
All no call, no shows and canceling before the end of the prior business day before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. She has had specific training to work on clients with Fibromyalgia, cancer, carpal tunnel, wheelchair bound and hospital bed bound.

Keri is a fantastic massage therapist and seemed to want to pinpoint and work on what's causing my issue. The massage was only as intense as I wanted it to be and I'm already feeling a great amount of relief after having a lot of upper back and neck tension before the massage. She is extremely professional and I couldn't be more pleased with how it went.

I've seen both Nikki and Nina now, and both of them are incredibly talented and knowledgeable!! Nikki is great at an all over, relaxing massage to get your muscles nice and loose, and Nina was phenomenal at getting deeper into the muscles in just the right spots to work out the knots!! A lot of people don't realize how important massage can be for overall wellbeing, but for me, it's a must -- and I'll keep coming back to Trinity!!

I have had a few massages at Trinity over the last few months but the one I had yesterday was amazing! It was my first time to receive a massage from Nina but she was worth the wait. She took the time to review the previous therapist’s notes and make recommendations based on that. I have been dealing with some shoulder pain for a while now. She was able to nearly resolve the issue after just one massage! Last night was the first night in a long time that I wasn’t awakened with pain. I have a follow up in a couple of weeks and am confident that she will take great care of me. Thank you Nina
