We woke up the day before Christmas Eve to no water! In a panic, we called Price. Not only did he answer, but immediately came to our house, assessed the situation ( a burnt wire to the pump) and fixed it right then and there! Water was restored by lunchtime. A true Christmas miracle. Can't thank these guys enough! Planning on booking them to replace our pressure tank, which was the heart of the issue but a more time consuming fix. They are the only ones I trust to complete the job!

A few months ago my well pump died. I called Price Well & Pump in the morning and, incredibly, it was replaced by early afternoon! I have since had another minor well issue which was promptly and thoroughly evaluated and resolved by Doug and his team. My experience with Price Well & Pump has been exceptional, and I anticipate yours will be too. 5 stars!

Doug was extremely responsive and helpful in helping me diagnose a water delivery problem with our well. He offered up several ways to troubleshoot the issues and determine root causes, all over the phone. We figured it out and avoided a service call. He will be the guy we call again when something goes wrong and I highly recommend him to others.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I have used them for 8 years for my personal home, and as a Realtor, they are the top of my list when I am asked for a referral. One winter day, my pump went out. The Price crew showed up as the weather turned for the worst - the rain came, then the sleet, and then the snow. The crew stayed until their work was done! I couldn't ask for more.

Price Well and Pump and Doug Price were extremely responsive to my repair needs. They either answer the call directly or immediately call back, even when I called in the evening on a weekend. They troubleshot over the phone what they could, and then came immediately the next day to fix my well, even bringing a 220 volt generator for me to use when I had power issues. Doug and crew are very knowledgeable, fair priced and courteous. Highly recommend this trustworthy company.

I called Price Well & Pump after hours, and left a message that I had no water (pump problem?). They responded first thing in the morning, and came out to troubleshoot and replace the pump that very same afternoon! It was amazing, professional service.....and so timely since I had company coming! I am so grateful for their rapid response and skill in quickly determining the problem, and fixing it right away. I highly recommend this company!

When our pump went out Doug Price was there the next morning. As it was still under warranty he got a new pump immediately. There was trouble with the well shaft and was unable to get the new pump down. He then provided us with two 500 gallon tanks a pump and pressure tank at our home so we had water until they were able to install the new pump. Great guy and no charge. Unbelievable. I'm sending him some money anyway, he deserves it.

The only place to call for well or pump problems, called about a old above ground water pump in my grandmother's house that had set for years, told them no hurry but they were there the next morning and got the old pump primed and going after I figured would have to replace the whole system. Husband was changing the filter on the pump when a part broke. I was in a panic with no water and lots of animals! I called Judy and she was so sweet and told me to just breathe and that all would be ok. She immediately sent two guys to our home and they had the issue resolved. I highly recommend Price Well and Pump and will sing their praises to everyone in the county.

Steve and I awoke to no water in the house ! We called Mr. Price and he talked Steve through step-by-step giving us ideas of what to look for, what needed to be tried and with a couple of space heaters and a lot of patience on both sides, we unfroze the well head and/or waterlines and have water !!
