I live in Texas and received a citation in Mobile AL
I thought I was going to have to travel all the way over there for court so I picked and choose a lawyer on google , from day 1 ..I spoke directly with Mr Zimmerman. He not only charged me a very decent amount of money and saved me that trip to AL,
I also had the opportunity to do monthly payments. What more can you ask..!
I recently received an email saying my case is dismissed. Mr Zimmerman is the most bestest.

Zimmerman represented me in a custody/relocation case about 6 years ago. I should have reported him to the Bar association then! He was very hard to get ahold of, was very slow responding to my emails and calls, had a horrible attitude, and withheld valuable and important information to my case. My ex and his attorney requested an emergency meeting with the judge concerning the case, before we were even done getting my case together. Zimmerman did not inform me about this meeting, and he attended without me, whether I was allowed to be present or not. He called me after the fact to tell me about

Zimmerman may have been all of what the previous reviews read, but most recently he definitely was not. He had a client whom he never met, dealt with family members, was paid before for his services and did not conduct them in the manner which he should have or expected. He was absent on the only two court times for his client and gave no excuse or apology. So he basically was paid for nothing and wasted his clients time as well as the family time. The case wasnt able to move forward being the attorney Zimmerman was absent both times. So now the family has to find another attorney and pay more

Mr. David Zimmerman is a great attorney I've never had no problems with him. Every case I've had he's always won! He's a very caring lawyer too, I'm just a poor blue collar worker and he setup payment plans that was best for me, he never hassled me and always returned my calls quickly. If u want a great attorney call this man! If you don't your only cheating yourself.
