I would give it no stars but apparently I’m not allowed to do that. the staff was very rude and disrespectful. I ordered a cake on Monday and I asked for one of the employees to wash her hands and she looked at me like I was wrong. I received the cake and it was definitely not worth my money when I called and demanded to speak to the manager she hung up on me I will never give my money to this establishment please be cautious of this place

I ordered a custom cake for a birthday dinner and it was two weeks in advanced to the date. The staff is very accommodating and nice while I was there placing my order. However, when I got the cake it was not what I was expecting. It was pretty dry and way too sweet and the designs made the cake seem as if it was made too early prior to the pickup date. I was told the cake was layered inside but when it was cut into the layer of cake was very minimal and the icing between was very thick. Overall, the cake was not worth the money spent on it and was very much average.

Yesterday was my first time trying a cupcake from Just Cupcakes, and I was NOT disappointed. They exceeded my expectations. The mango infused buttercream icing paired with the flavorful cupcake was superb. The perfect blend of flavors.. If you have not tried their cupcakes, I highly recommend that you do!

Cupcakes galore! I would have included a picture of the red velvet and Oreo cupcakes that I purchased, but after "just one bite to taste it" I inhaled them both.
The cupcakes in question: SUPER MOIST! I said it and I meant it. The cake itself was automatic and had the lightest texture so you could fully enjoy the fluffy frosting and the soft cake all in one bite. My personal fav was the Oreo cupcake, the Oreo filling frosting went with the rich soft chocolate cake like a glove.

Ordered 4 dozen cupcakes for a certain time with a certain look. Part vegan and part regular. We gave them the picture of a flower that they have made in the past and of course ours did not look like that. We also paid extra for clear individual containers due to COVID. To say the least, the cupcakes taste good but did not receive the desired look on them as requested nor did we receive the clear containers by were placed in individual unmarked boxes. I would only suggest this company for basic purchases only. Does not seem to get the correct order on time. Again good flavor poor at following

I got my anniversary cake from here, and it was fantastic! The cake was moist, the buttercream was buttery, and the colors were on point. My favorite part was the fact that the buttercream didn't overwhelm the cake, it was a perfect balance between the two. I also ordered vegan sticky buns, and they were delicious! I couldn't tell that they were vegan, and neither could my dedicated carnivore husband. I would definitely recommend Just Cupcakes to anyone looking for a sweet treat.

The cupcakes are great! Today my sweetooth was kicking so was about ta splurge on cookies and cakes right... Hold the phone! Did she just reach in there and pick up cupcakes without gloves? (Acting like her hand didn't touch the icing) My sweetooth kicking, so Imma let it slide. Cause most of the icing gets scraped. But then HELL NO! She reached in and grabbed a snickerdoodle cookie with she bare hand. I put her in check and told she lost a customer. If she do that in your face then just imagine...!4:00pm April 26, 2021.

I highly recommend this shop!❤ I was in a rush to get some cookies and cupcakes for my daughter's baby shower. I was in S.C. and doing what I could over the phone and email. The owner asked me to email pics I found of what I wanted. She immediately got back to me. Made then with time to spare and exactly like the pictures. And DELICIOUS!!
I don't like things overly sweet. These were perfect, and everyone loved them. And kept asking for the name of the bakery...Thank you sooo much!

NOT COVID FRIENDLY!!!!
I came here about a week ago and this lady at the front wasn't wearing gloves at all. Not to take my order nor to pick up the cupcakes....she literally touched my cupcake in the middle of a dang pandemic, how crazy is that. So if you don't like people touching you food before you eat it DO NOT COME HERE....
Worst place ever!!!
They also had a huge pile of dishes right when you walk in you can see it and looked like dishes from weeks ago, unbelievable....

Should have called this place Un-Just Cupcakes. "Bad" is not a bad enough word to describe these flat, sad little poo-balls of disappointment. If my mom (who was a god-awful baker) had made something this bad she'd have thrown them out before she let me take them to the grade school bake sale. i got 3 things. Chocolate with Butter Cream Frosting (shudder). My question: shouldn't "butter cream frosting" maybe have butter? and cream? Apparently not at Just-Not Cupcakes. Apparently they're of the opinion that 'butter cream' really means 'Crisco Sugar

Ah! I remember this place when we first lived in Virginia 7 years ago. This is a new location for them. They had so many flavors to chose from. The sales associate helped me pick out a few. The red velvet was my favorite. The cake to icing ratio is nice. There was not a large amount of icing which was appreciated. The pricing was reasonable and there was a military discount. I suggest following their social media accounts for updates and events

I was craving some cupcakes and decided to give this place a shot. This restaurant wasn't hard to find because it's hot pink and neon outdoor sign and cute tables really make it pop out from its surroundings.
I ordered two Kitcat cupcakes and one velvet cupcake. While I enjoyed the KitKat cupcakes, I didn't really taste the dark chocolate in the cake base as much as I would've wanted to. However, I do give props on the vanilla bean cream cheese topping on the red velvet cupcake. It was rich, while at the same time not overwhelmingly sweet or vanilla-flavored!

We just wanted to extend a huge thank you for making our daughter's 1st birthday party beautiful, magical and delicious! We cannot thank the owner Carla and staff enough for creating the most adorable unicorn inspired cupcakes on such short notice. Not only were the cupcakes super cute, they were also moist and delicious. The red velvet, milk chocolate and funfetti were a hit for the kids and adults.
P.S. Don't fret if your party is on a Sunday and you need to pickup the day before like we did. The cupcakes remained fresh and tasted as if we had just picked them up that day!

Nice establishment, very kind customer service representative helped us. The product wasnt exactly what I'd had a ta st e for. I want thrilled by the taste of any of the 6 cupcakes I picked up. If I had to say, the red velvet was the best of the bunch I left with. Not saying I didnt enjoy the experience, it just may not have been for me, definitely be the judge for yourself.
