Made an appointment to get my irrigation system winterized TWO years ago. They showed up on the wrong day when I was at work. I rescheduled and they never showed up at all for the reschedule after they screwed up the first one. Now TWO years later they have showed up at my house TWICE in October to winterize my system even though I didn’t make an appointment and haven’t contacted them in TWO years. The first time they randomly showed up at my house without an appointment I told the tech I never made an appointment so you’d think that would be it. But nope! Two weeks later they show up again

Definitely disappointed. Called and scheduled an appt 2 weeks out. I figured I would allow them the chance to come service my system since these days, people need business. Waited essentially all day for the tech to arrive. No calls or anything to notify me that they were not going to show up. Needless to say, I will give someone else business.

I use to use this company 20 years ago at a different home I had, so I decided to call them this year for irrigation blow out at our new location. They scheduled us in a 4 hour window, hour 3 of that window I called them to get a ETA because I had to leave my house at a certain time after they had been there. At hour 3 they assured me the tech would be there before the 4 hour window expired. Of course 20 minutes past the 4 hour window no one had showed up and of course I called them back not happy they hadn't shown, I believe THEY should have been calling me not the other way around. Best installed my system about 20 years ago. They do the annual turn on/turn off/maintenance for me every year. They are a company of high skill, and even higher integrity. I could not endorse this company enough. They are a pleasure to deal with (plus VERY friendly)!

They charged me money. Fine. Came out and did work. Fine. One of the sprinkler heads they worked on and were supposed to replace they did not replace it. Further the spot where they removed the old sprinkler head they put in a connector and didn’t do it right so now it leaks a lot. Before they left they even saw it was leaking and just left anyway. They left a pile of garbage sprinkler system hoses and a bunch of other debris around the yard. Tracked mud all over my 3 day old black asphalt driveway meaning there’s now a bunch of mud and dirt marks all over it, tried to use a hose to wash it
