Services
Our installation team will professionally design and install a complete irrigation system on your property in a timely fashion. Our minimally invasive vibratory plow seamlessly installs the lines which you won't even be able to see in just a few weeks after installation! Typical systems are completed in 1-2 days.
Don't forget to winterize your system come fall! We service our customers from late September to the end of October. We provide winterizing services by blowing out all the water in your irrigation lines with a high capacity air compressor to prevent damage due to freezing, ensuring your system is ready to go come spring time.
We have expanded our business to include paver installations. Your renewed outdoor living space promises to bring additional interest to your home. Bold, beautiful, and just better, pavers go more than skin deep. The use of granite interlocking concrete paving stones carry a reputation of being virtually indestructible.
With over 30 years of experience, Burns & Sons Irrigation uses the best products to build your irrigation system. We use a combination of Hunter and RainBird products, some of which are below. Spray heads are ideal for tighter, irregularly-shaped areas around your house. We use Rain Bird's 1800 Series: the #1 commercial-grade irrigation spray head brand in the world.

Called this week to get my irrigation system blown out. A gentleman answered the phone and took my information and scheduled it for next wk. Today they called back because they were able to bump me up to today which I'm so grateful due to the cold temperatures coming soon. They came out and made quick work of it for sure. 5-10 min and they were done. You could tell the person knew what they were doing and was efficient. Thankyou for squeezing me in before it was to late.

Trashy rude person answering the phone. I asked a simple question to see if they were going to blow out my sprinkler system and the old man answering the phone started to act like a child. Very rude and could care less about me or my business. I would give zero star's if I could! Trash Trash Trash!

I could not be happier with this company. Joe did work that I had been putting off for years due to high cost estimates from other companies. They fixed a malfunctioning zone, replaced a basement shutoff valve, replaced leaky outdoor zone valves, blew out my system and more for SO MUCH LESS MONEY then I dreamed possible. This is a good, trust-worthy company! Brian is a straight shooter as well. Call them!

I have used Burns and Sons on a number of occasions, from sprinkler blow-outs, system rerouting/installation, and system repair. They have always been super helpful, responsive, and they are very reasonably priced. We had installed a swimming pool, and when planning for the rerouting Brian on the phone took his time to explain the steps necessary and ordering which was very helpful. Joe, who has always done the actual services for me, has always been very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend.

I've never been treated as poorly and rudely on the phone as I have by this company. Somebody from the company came out to look at our sprinklers prior to some landscaping work and they mentioned that they were only taking on new customers in Maple Grove (where we live) and indicated that they would take our job. When I called back a couple of weeks later, after the landscaping was finished, they mentioned that they were not taking on any new business and would not even schedule an appointment (even for several weeks out).

We used this service last year to blow out my irrigation system. It's an older system and requires manual turning of six valves. He got the job done. I called this year and Burns & Sons agreed to service my system again. Six hours later, the older gentleman—who has been a pleasure to work with—called again and said his son (who took over the business) didn't want to do it since he had to go under an open deck.
Joe Burns bowed out. My read is he's more interested in installing $2500 systems than fulfilling promises.
This was disappointing and unprofessional since they agreed to the appointment

Burns & Sons installed and maintained our sprinkler system for the past 8+ yrs. This year, the night before they were expected to do our seasonal blowout they called and said they couldn’t do it as they were just too busy. No referral, nothing. Left us hanging. After doing business with them for so many years and giving them several referrals, we felt this was so unprofessional. They lost our business going forward. We just feel if they can cut their long standing customers the night before they are scheduled to arrive we will take our business and future referrals elsewhere.
