Born and raised just outside Upland in Pasadena, California; Dr. Johnny Nigoghosian attended the USC (University of Southern California) as an undergraduate, where he double majored in both Biology and Health Promotion & Disease Prevention.He later went on to receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the USC School of Dentistry where he graduated at the top of his class.

My family began going to this dentist after the previous dentist at this location (the excellent Smile Select) moved out. At first they were acceptable. Then when my daughter, who was seeking care as an adult for the first time, went to get a consultation during the pandemic, they used pushy sales tactics and billed her for expensive services that she was still deciding on. She was obviously very unhappy with that, and chose not to get those treatments done there after all. They never refunded her for the unperformed services and have been evasive and unprofessional for over a year when she contacts

Dr Nigoghosian and his staff are simply the best! I had a cracked wisdom tooth that needed extraction and to start the process of an implant. I was dreading the thought of all that discomfort and pain but was pleasantly surprised after my virtually pain free visit! After the extraction, he packed the area with bone graft and stitched me up. I'll be back in a few months for the implant, then the crown. I highly recommend La Verne Dental & Implant Center.

I highly recommend Dr. Johnny Nigoghosian and La Verne Dental & Implant Center. He has done 2 dental implants for me and the results have been fantastic. I honestly have more confidence in those 2 implants than having the real teeth there. My regular dentist does not do dental implants which is why I went to La Verne Dental & Implant Center to get my implants. I was referred to them by a close relative and I can't emphasize how happy and glad I am that I went to him. I went in to my regular dentist for a cleaning the other day and even she was complimenting his work. I did shop around also just

I chose the wrong place.
So many places to choose guys don't even come to this place.
I paid for implants for over 6 grand. What i got was not that good at all.
Whenever i came to get my treatment they would try to charge me more which i already paid since start the treatment.
I didn't get what i was told whenever i come for my appointment i will get new informatiom and will get charge more. I was so much pain when they put the crown on and so hard to make an appointment i had to stay pain like that for couole days.
Dr. won't get you any information how to take care of it just came and went

The dentist was rude. I was told by his x-ray technician that he would give me a price for the dental work I wanted even though I needed to bring the information about the implant I have. I was not told this when I called to make the appointment and we spoke about what I wanted. The dentist said I can't give you a price. I drove 30 minutes and waited about an hour and a half to talk to this man. Then, I told him that his assistant told me he could give me a price. The dentist rudely stated, "Excuse me! I am the dentist," and said that he was not the coordinator that handles the prices. Funny, because

I had an appointment set for today at 2. Yesterday I gave the receptionist all my info when setting up the appointment. This morning at 9:30 I got a text from the dental office saying they need additional info to be able to check my insurance. I thought that would have been done yesterday when making the appointment. So, I text them back with the info they asked for. It's now almost 5 hours later and I still have not been told if my insurance has been sorted out or not.

Johnny the dentist,the x ray guy ,and the lady at the front desk was amazing and kind. I I was so excited that there was such a good team to handle my needs.I waited for an hour to talk to the financial about the cost but she came and said that I needed to wait another day till she can tell me the cost. I waited ONE HOUR TO BE TOLD NOT TODAY. I asked for a copy of the work I needed and she just was hesitant about give me that because she wanted to wait. I need to see what they want to charge and the work that needs to be done. Whats wrong with that? I was escorted out and felt like this is not
