Dr. Philip Mulieri is a fellowship-trained, board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in elbow and shoulder surgery. Dr. Mulieri received his fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery and brings unique skills to provide comprehensive, treatment of all shoulder and elbow disorders-including minimally invasive, arthroscopic techniques, complex reconstruction, and shoulder replacement.
Dr. Jason Norcross is a fellowship-trained adult reconstruction surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery. He has become one of the nation's top experts in the field of robotic-assisted surgery, and provides training to other orthopaedic surgeons learning this technology.

Dalan Garcia has nearly 10 years of experience in orthopedic care and total joint replacement. He comes to Hilton Head Island from Hickory, NC where he worked side by side with our very own Dr. Jason Norcross doing total joint replacement for OrthoCarolina.
Tom Thomas has more than 13 years of experience in orthopedic care and sports medicine. He comes to Hilton Head Island from Greenville, SC where he was with the acclaimed Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas/Greenville Health System.
At Orthopedic Associates of the Lowcountry, he will offer ordering/interpreting labs and diagnostic studies, formulating/executing treatment plans, and initiating/organizing multi-disciplinary healthcare management teams.Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Program from the Medical University of South Carolina and Associate of Science, Pre-Physician Assistant Program, University of South Carolina at Spartanburg.
